Sarah Palin Turkey Murder Interview (Video)

By The Staff at wowOwow.com
YouTube

Poor bird.

Sarah Palin appeared on a local news station on Thursday to pardon a turkey from slaughter in anticipation for Thanksgiving. Upon pardoning a bird, the fallen vice-presidential candidate did an interview. As the Alaska governor spoke to a reporter about serious issues, she was totally oblivious that a worker was slaughtering a turkey behind her! For more than three minutes, Palin spoke about the campaign trail and her plans for sprucing up Alaska’s economy (amid plummeting oil prices, Alaska’s prize commodity). Meanwhile, watch the clip below to see what happened to the poor bird in the background:

Kryssi, They are also cloning animals, and vegetables, now… I wonder how many people know about all that is really going on? And, who knows what else? There oughta be some laws… I remain appalled that people actually eat moose, as well. I guess I am being naive, but… jeez! I always just saw them as sort of like critters who oughta be left alone to wander the wilderness. Are we going to eat Mtn. Lions next? Or, skunk, even? Dang, what animal doesn’t people consume? UGH! Maybe even skunks? Phew! I am not quite all the way there as yet, but close to being vegetarian, myself.

Kryssi: I want to tell you and all the other wonderful people on this website about many of the other blogs available. 1. Saudi women struggle to break free from abusive husbands. 7 comments. 2. Africa needs empowered women. 3 comments. 3. U.S. may have tortured a Pakistani woman. She is missing, but accused of killing U.S. personnel. 1 comment. 4. Letterman confronts Couric about John McCain 6 comments. 5. Couric on Letterman discussing Palin. 37 comments. 6. Palin turkey murder interview. 86 comments. If you really want to change the world, you have to become involved. Women in Saudi Arabia need your help in understanding that the beating of women cannot be tolerated. In Africa where children die by the thousands, women are raped by the thousands, they need strong women to start the necessary changes they need. You have the opportunity to involve yourselves in dialouge that would acheive that. Instead, you cannot stop talking about Sarah Palin. Palin was the mayor of a small town, then voted in as Governer of a State, then thrust into the national spotlight as a VP running mate. Couric could’ve asked her anything, but she obsessed about newspapers and magazines. I know women hate other women, but one thing you’ll never get from Palin is bullshit. If Palin believed, by lying about her view regarding abortion would win her an election, she would’nt do it. You don’t have to agree with her views, but they’re the truth. I’ve never heard a good reason why any of you dislike Palin. Its always the same, shes uneducted, and of course the Couric interview. No one on here knows Obama anymore than Palin, but you have treated her as if she were dirt. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I’m sure most of you have already purchased your turkey for Thanksgiving. I’m not sure what type of bird you bought, but turkeys that take their own lives seem to be very popular. Of course turkeys that commit suicide are more expensive. The ones that jump off tall buildings are the cheapest as they’re more messy. The most expensive turkeys, are the ones that hang themselves. When serving a turkey that took its own life to your relatives for Thanksgiving dinner, you’ll have that peace of mind knowing it wasn’t M U R D E R E D !!!!!!! Thanks. I have already posted in a few of those, actually, so I am not as clueless as you may think. However, I see your point - hear it loud and clear - and I do think many of those headlines should be switched out with the sillier ones (Fashion and Palin, for instance, I could do without) which are honored with huge ICONS and a place smack in the center-right (where our Western eyes are trained to go) of the homepage. Instead, they are placed - in tiny print that you have to SCROLL through - waaay over on the side of the page that most people aren’t used to checking. Or, they are hidden in subcategories - links within links within links. And thus, as usual, Americans remain tragically ignorant to the issues. I mean, was there seriously only ONE comment for the article about the US torturing a missing Pakistani woman, like you said?! I wouldn’t doubt it; I never even saw that headline myself and I check this site each day. (Partially my fault, I’m sure, as there are too many areas to check and keep up with…)

Kryssi: Go to the top of the page, click the word “posts” which is to the right of the word “conversations.” They ad new posts everyday, but the story about the Pakistani woman is on page 5 for now. She is a terroist, I don’t know where I stand on that. I didn’t say I was for torture, so don’t get on me about it.

Um. I never accused you of BEING for torture. I only mentioned that article in passing and didn’t even TRY to discuss the STORY with you. Stop making hastily defensive presumptions before even allowing others to respond - how insulting to my intelligence. (God, it’s like you’re in always in pursuit of perpetual drama even when people aren’t being disagreeable with you!)

Frank, Just a couple of things which caught my attention… the rest, ? Palin has very narrow views, in my opinion. If you had read some of my posts you would have seen that I wrote about this issue. There are also thousands of children in America who are going hungry, and don’t have shelter, and are being physically, sexually, emotionally, and mentally abused. There are still children in what is supposed to be the “richest” country in the world, who die of malnutrition, and more in our very own “backyard” so-to-speak. Yes, we should all be involved in much of what you wrote. Yes, we should all be involved with helping anyone who is doing without, who is starving, homeless, unclothed, and abused. We are only one country… we need others to pitch in, too. Some do, I know - but, these problems should not be happening in today’s world. PERIOD.

What a great sense of humor this woman has! If you think that she was oblivious, I doubt it. If she had done the interview without the dramatics would any of us have noticed? No. Have we seen any other Governors sparing the life of a turkey? NO. The other Governors just don’t seem to have a sense of how to get the publicity. This woman is brilliant. Violence always sells. Just look at all the commercials on TV. So she hooked you in, huh? Let’s get real here, sparing one turkey’s life at Thanksgiving is rather stupid, since we eat all the rest of the turkeys without hesitation. What are you eating on Thursday?

PS…….I can’t wait to see what she does next to stay in the news. I hope we don’t have to watch her kill a moose!

I really hope Tina Fey comes out of “Palin retirement” for this one. Lorne Michaels should offer her a fortune for this bit.

I researched this news video carefully. What is not mentioned in this news video is this turkey in the background, on his way to your supper table, is a Democrat. No real surprise there; we all know Democrats are turkeys. Okpulot Taha Choctaw Nation
