What Jane Wagner Says About People Who Like Their Doctors

In response to: In the discussion on health care, everyone laments they can no longer have a great relationship with their doctor. Do you?

Anyone who thinks they have a great relationship with their doctor is delusional and, most likely, should be seeing another type of doctor. If I have good health with a doctor, that’s a good enough relationship for me. I don’t need a doctor to hold my hand; I need a doctor to give me samples.

I hear that my doctor (veterinarian, that is) is very nice but I have yet to meet her and that’s the way I like it. I try to keep healthy - excercise, etc. but I would not like to be told I can’t eat everything I like or go to bed early and I really don’t know what a free sample is - catnip? treats? Love, Dice the Nice
