It’s breaking records because we were told about a great performance done by an actor who is gone too soon. And everybody wants to be able to say, "I saw that performance on a big screen and it was … your quote here." And for those of us who just love Batman, well, we just love Batman.

Whoopi, hello I couldn’t go see the movie. Maybe one day but not now. Its looks so……… deadly. It remines me of hell and I can’t stand to think of him like that right now. I do love the Batman movies, just not ready to see this one. Love wowOwow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I saw TDK and though it didn’t make a bit of sense to me, I couldn’t track what was happening and why, I loved it for Heath Ledger’s performance.  Even if he hadn’t died I’d have gone to see it as I have enjoyed him in his other work.
