I love it! ……. we’re less than 12 hours away from the polls closing for the 2008 election! Liza ……. you’re intuitive and stellar!

Liza I hope you’re wrong and it’s 2016. And I hope to God we never have another presidential election that drags on for nearly 2 years, it’s a ridiculous way to run a government.

I know….I am thinking I should have written 2016! I wasn’t thinking clearly. Maybe I’ll change that, DeBurca.

On the other hand, it doesn’t mean Hillary will be running in four years, just that she will be in Palin’s face (not literally, but feministically) should Palin try to run. Cartoon for thought….

No, please change it… it seems like bad luck! (ok, but just because I’m superstitions doesn’t mean it’s not bad luck!)

Deburka, I know, I am superstitious too. Last thing I intended to do was jinx anything! I discussed it with my editor here at wow, and we thought to leave it—the cartoon is about the ladies, and our missed chance at the highest, hardest glass ceiling. The next opportunity is 2012. HOWEVER, i predict Obama, should he win (and he will) will have an amazing 8 years. Then we’ll see who is around to run! And these little cartoon girls and their dolls….all they understand is an election is every four years.

Hey, I’d like to sick Hillary on Sarah Palin toMORROW! But there’s really no reason for Senator Clinton to waste her energy until Palin walks into the Senate. Then we’ll see who’s the more civilized carnivore of the two.

Liza- Good one! If they were little boys, the “dolls” could be rock em’ sock em’ robots with the same caption. LOL

Love it Liza! Hillary vs. Palin- a no-brainer (as it were). Just had a thought. Does this mean that the doll with the biggest wardrobe wins?

Josie Sullivan
Mo- So, the Palin doll would be cheap to buy, but her accessories would drive a family to bankruptcy.

Very funny, Maurine. Let’s hope we are beyond that. And that our daughters are learning something….
