And certain people will STILL say they don’t know where he stands on the issues. And to those people, like Elisabeth Hasslewhatever, who think it’s too much money to spend informing the public, all I can say is, thank you Barack. It’s nice to know you are actually spending the money your supporters have contributed to get your message out to those willing to listen.

if you take the GDP subtract the depreciation on americas capital goods, you end up with about $11 000 per person. That means if you share the wealth amongst every person in the united states each person will recieve about $11 000 per person. Basically you end up with a welfare check for every american citizen. So in essence you will not have to worry about filling up your gas tank or paying your mortgage because you wont have a car and you’ll be lucky if you live in a house.

What are you talking about? Oh, you’re playing the McCain “share the wealth” spin. I’ve voted already, and I don’t listen to any of that crap anyway.

De Burca, beware of anyone who has the word hassle in their names. ;) I’m just sayin’. Yes. this is going to be sooooo exciting to witness Obama in his info-mercial tonight. I am recording it. I have great hope that many Americans who are suffering from the political cognitive dissonance and the phenomenon of being immune to rational information will come out and innoculate themselves against the outbreak of anti-Obama sentiment. After all, we only fear the unknown. It is my wish to have everyone take off their “filter” glasses for a minute and take a good look at the individual instead of following along on hear-say of their favorite pundits. Once in power, he will be surrounded with the brightest and the best non-partisan advice in the entire world. This crisis is not over. We need ultra strong brilliant minds who are focused on the greater good, not just the greater bank accounts. Just wait until the next wave of mortgages become due for renewal. If you go look at the graphs on the bank websites, there are more “tsunamis” to come. They better have a handle on it.

I’m sensing a little fundraising envy …. ? Normally I would say this is a little overkill, but he and his (white) campaign managers were correct when they decided early on that THIS campaign was different, the historic nature of having a candidate who was black, who had his particular name and background, that the smeers and lies would be particularly viscious this time…… Muslim, socialist, anti american, foreign, OMG BLACK !!! Turns out they were right, Thank god they have the money ( like the $25s I sent throughout the past 2 years ) to compete in every state, to answer the internet lies and to put on this infomercial.

I dislike infomercials as a rule. They’re tedious, gross and unbalanced. Fundraising envy? Hah! Obama’s overflowing coffers constantly bring up the reminder for me that he said he was for campaign finance reform, even pledged to McCain that he would accept the limits of public funding to allow for a fair election - THEN - the big cheat reneged on his pledge. Opening himself up to soft money. There’s no free lunch folks - one always pays for this money down the line. Obama says he hasn’t taken money from oil companies. But a quick little visit to FACTCHECK.ORG will correct that. In fact 1/4 of the cost of his 1/2 hr. informercial on one of the channels will have been paid for by ‘employees’ of big oil.

Funny, when big money always bought Republicans elections none of the Republicans complained. Obama has big money because the PEOPLE have been contributing to his election and he is spending it properly, to get his message out. Not with manipulating smear ads trying to scare you into voting for him, but with information. If you are creeped out by this, maybe you are not quite as sure about your vote as you thought you were. Maybe its the sign of an open mind which is afraid to actually find out something it doesn’t want to know.

DeBurca, I complained. But then again, I was a registered Democrat. And as a former Democrat - now Independent - voting Republican - I can say I do not believe that what is good for the goose is good for the gander when it is corruption.

…and DeBurca, maybe you are not quite as sure about your vote as you thought you were. What on earth makes you think I am unsure about my vote? I wouldn’t vote for Obama if his corrupt campaign paid me. Sexism, race cards thrown at people who fought for civil rights, voter nullification in Michigan, Florida and in his organized caucus fraud operation. “Sweetie.” Flip flopping on offshore drilling, reneging on campaign finance reform, not repudiating the segregationist analogies thrown at McCain. Passing over Hillary. Calling out present at over 100 votes in the senate. Alice Palmer. The list… goes on and on and on. I don’t like the man. But… if he is elected, and it looks like he may be. I expect him to deliver universal health care within 6 mths. Or at the very least, that he remove the preexisting condition waiver that health care companies use right now and that he indeed, opens up the Congressional heathcare plan to all Americans who want it, at a REASONABLE cost. If he can’t do that with a Democratic house, he’s not worth his PR.

The fact that you are so “creeped out” about Barack Obama speaking for a half hour about what he stands for, that is what makes me think you are unsure.

lol. really? i’m creeped out by the packaging. the carefully constructed set with the subliminal message that he will be at home in the oval office. the surging music. the slow cross dissolves. the messages fading in and out in the right hand corner. it was almost guthy renker, but not quite.
