wowOwow’s End-of-Summer Sweepstakes Official Rules

HOW TO ENTER: To be entered into for a chance to win Our End-of-Summer Gift Set, simply email submit@wowowow.com with the following information:
Your full name
Your address (no P.O. Boxes)
Your home phone number
Your email address registered at wowOwow.com
Your date of birth

In order to be eligible, entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes period runs from 12:01 AM ET on August 22, 2008 until 11:59 PM ET on September 8, 2008.

ENTRY GUIDELINES AND RESTRICTIONS: Winners will be chosen at random. The first randomly chosen 15 accurate individual submissions that include all of the above required information wins. Only one submission per user will be accepted. No changes to any entry materials or information will be permitted once submitted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Entry constitutes permission to post winner’s name on the wowOwow.com website and the use of the winner’s name, likeness and hometown for purposes of publicity and/or advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

By entering and participating in the sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to accept and be bound by these official rules and by all decisions of the site, which decisions, including without limitation decisions regarding eligibility, winners and the interpretation of the terms used in these official rules, shall be final and binding in all respects.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, any entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and all entries submitted by that entrant will be void. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for that e-mail address.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Women on the Net Inc, their sponsors and promoters, respective parents, agents or family members are not eligible for the drawing.

DRAWING AND PRIZE AWARD: Winner will be notified by email. The names of the winners will be posted on our website on September 10, 2008.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering the Sweepstakes, winner agrees to waive any and all claims against The Women on the Net Inc, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives for any loss that may occur from the participation in this Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on prize. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after receipt. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.

Women on the Net, Inc is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from accessing or downloading any material from wowOwow.com or any of its sponsor’s or promoter’s websites, regardless of whether the material was prepared by Women on the Net or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to wowOwow.com by a hypertext link.

Participant agrees that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages. All disputes and questions arising out of or concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the Women on the Net, Inc in connection with these Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York. All federal, state and local laws apply.
