Yep, we are still in Beta …. LOL!
How is it going with you today? Doin’ okay? Wanna’ talk? Are you stressed? Did you hit any of the other sites?
I did well today …. just one …. and I don’t feel crazy or anything …. I feel ok … drinkin’ lots of water like Ms. Bonnie told me to.
As I mentioned and Josie echoed the same feelings the night time is the worst time ….. so, talk to me at 11:45pm just before the new Q’s pop on WoW … I bet I won’t be so jolly …
I know it is an addiction but at night stupidhead (not M) comes home and causes me trouble and that makes me nervous and then I want to light up …. I wonder if Frank will have me over for a “mellow” session before stupidhead comes home? LOL! Oh, yeah, in case you guys don’t know who stupidhead is well, I am sure it is not hard to figure out …. he is a poop that treats me like the maid and cook and well, never mind ….. what a party we will all have when I move out into my own little apartment! How happy M and I will be! Just the two of us …. me and my shadow! OH< I CAN’T WAIT!
Liza - I left you a note a little further on up the site. I realized I needed a plan, so now I got one. It’s been a busy last few days and I’m behind on everything. I’m so glad you did well today.
And, yes, I’d love to talk - I noticed in another thread that you and I have similar music backgrounds - lot’s in common, eh? If you’d like to email me directly you can - babyhuey511 - at - hotmail - dot - com. I’m spelling it out because my tech savvy daughter told me that spammers look on blogs for actual email address to copy, and if I do it this way it won’t appear to them to be an actual email address.
So e-mail me anytime. Stupidhead is just that, so hang tough.

If you are one of the ones quitting smoking that is fabulous. I found that there were certain tough spots. Three days, 3 weeks, 3 months and then after 6 months my lungs started kind of cleaning out and I started feeling a lot better. That was when I was 20 - oh well. My husband has done it and I got him drinking a lot of carrot juice to help the lungs. One day at a time. Just focus on today and get through each day and then on to the next and pretty soon you have a lot of days under your belt. Good luck, you are worth it.

I know what you mean. I had to convince my husband that if he gets sick when he is older, I may not be able to take care of him, and we don’t want to impact our kid’s lives so he would have to go into a nursing home. Terrible Huh? Oh well, that is the only thing that worked. THen he had to do it on his own. He wasn’t a heavy smoker for most of his smoking career, but it increased with age.
Dear Ms. Cindy,
The Key Dos and Don’ts of campaigning:
1. Do groom, feline, groom. Have every hair in place for Happy Armageddon Day.
2. Do eat as much Mackeral as possible—people expect politics to be fishy.
3. Don’t let anyone rub your fur the wrong way. Keep them in line: http://img1.photographersdirect.com/img/13894/wm/pd419105.jpg
4. Do cough-up a fur-ball in your master’s Wheaties for using the ‘C’ word.
5. Don’t let Michelle Out-Cool you. Memorize these lyrics and have a Freaky Friday on the press plane. Slip into you camisole, satin tap pants and heels, pass some shots and then swing-it Kitty Moma. Show em you can sing and dance. Be an Aristocat.

OMG, Liza, I thought you wrote “switch panties” and I just about fell out of my chair. I guess I need to have my glasses checked. BTW, I wish you luck on your quest to stop smoking.

Liza—it’s nearly 2 in the AM and I can’t sleep again but roflamo you rock my world.
