I would want her to get some rest. I don’t know how she keeps going and looks so good all the time. After what’s she been out there doing, I’d be lying face down on my bed for a month.
I’d want her to get a series of massages to work out the kinks.
Then she could write a book about her experiences with that hard-fought historical run. Really, when you think about it, she can do anything she sets her mind to and we’d all learn from her.
ML~
I kept wondering this same when I watched her speak. How can she look so fabulous, through all this?
Amazing woman!
rest and many many massages.
That is all the advice I would give her. because it is the only thing, she might not give enough thought to.
Senator Clinton does not need advice from me; I am sure she is overwhelmed with advice. She has set her course, as is evident from her speech. Maybe she is overdue for a vacation?
I do like the new design. However, there does not seem to be a way to reply to an individual post, as there was in the old design. Is this intentional or accidental? It was nice to be able to reply to a specific post, it allowed for something like a conversation.
Dear Hilary,
Acknowledge that you blew this one. Now go home and try to take care of your own vineyard. Before anyone can try to change the world, she/he must try to change his/her own circumstances. Your years of enabling Bill’s shoddy behavior have caught up with you. Better luck next time. I wish you well, and I think you need to grab a nice margarita, a good book, and put your feet up for a while.

P.S. Apparently, I missed some interesting stuff last week, huh.
Mamacita G. I agree with you very much. It is time for the democratic party to heal and it seems that some women on wow needs to heal ,but I am sort of glad I missed it.
I agree that she should take a break before going on the stump for Obama. But I don’t agree that she should pack Bill off somewhere out of sight. It has always been my view that Bill Clinton loves his wife very much and whatever else he may have gotten up to does not detract from that truth. No doubt he is having just as hard a time as Hillary in accepting the disappointment of her not getting the nomination. In fact, probably it’s a lot harder for him, since he doesn’t have a prestigious job to return to, unlike Hillary who at least has her Senate position to occupy her.
Once she has had some time to think things through, she should put all her considerable energy into getting Obama elected.
I think Senator Clinton should return to the Senate and stay there until the Congress goes into recess for the General Election. It would not be a bad idea if she agreed to an appearance or two with Senator Obama but I would hesitate to send her out campaigning too soon. She should most definitely put together a portfolio of the “Campaign for the Democratic Nomination in 2008” and put it in a vault to be used when she composes a memoir.. And since I think John McCain might very well win this November, Hillary Clinton should keep her powder dry and her eye on the future.
About the new format for the website, congratulations Joan. Yet, I do agree with Elizabeth Bennett. I will miss the “reply” feature. Some of the most humorous exchanges occurred in “reply” and it was easy to follow a specific thread in the conversation. Also, I find the print too small in the “comments” columns Way, way too small! Sorry.
