Kermie, I am so sorry to hear about your friend.
Remember her always and watch your own stress.
Come to the mountains.
I am so sorry ……….That made me cry…..But if you work like your friend did then please American Women all of us ….On Good Morning America ..they said WOMEN need B6 B12 and floic acid for our hearts ! The best I haved found was liquid super b at GNC and sometime Wal-mart for $5 bucks .I found another great product CURCUMIN by Jarrow ….Good to break up plaque in your heart and brain ….and good for people with prostrate problems and cancer .There is very little heart disease in India or Alzhiemers …because of curcumin in their diets .and Q10 ….by Nature Made only… because …Doctor Oz & another Doctor on Oprah said they tested all these vitamins and Nature Made was the only one ONLY ONE with the REAL Q-10 in it …..and there is No Hoodia in Hoodia …..its all online in Oprah’s web site …God Bless and take care

kermie, my thoughts are with you. Sending you strength and love.
Kerm, that’s right. People work so hard for tomorrow, often forgetting about today. Tomorrow is promised to no one.
Kermie,
The same thing happened to my mother. One day she was fine the next day she called me and asked if I could take her to the doctors. He tested a little, and had me take her to the hospital to check her in, and they put her in the wheel chair to take her upstairs and she had a massive coronary and was gone in an instant.
I am so sorry for your loss. Take good care of your heart.
Thank you for posting about your wake-up call; indeed, let it begin with one of those.
I’m trying to put a…positive?…spin on this for you. All I can come up with is that perhaps the universe deemed her undeserving of the more severe stresses that are soon to come here in this country and, by extension, the world.
Thank you Frank. Treat yourself well, please do that. I intend to check in on all my friends more often—I guess I let myself forget how unfair life can be, you know? Thanks for my hugs.
WEll if D won’t object—i’ll send a g=few more hugs along ;-) You are very special Ki—very special:-)
Kermie, Very sorry to hear about your loss. Having lost my brother two months ago can really emphathize how loss plunges you into another world. As JFK said two weeks before his own death, life is not fair, but I do belive in another sphere of being, which is some comfort. And some comfort is what I wish for you.
Let it begin with people seeing each other as people not as nations, religions, races, political parties, or any other division but just other individuals also going thru this life.
And I enjoy yours Jen D. Love to read your posts. We are getting back together here and Galvestonians are returning to their island, a lot more to rebuild down there. Hope you are doing well over there.
Ahh, that was beautifully well-put! I wish there weren’t so many divisive labels we all force on ourselves and one another…
