When depressed about that go out somewhere cherry. Yesterday went over to see the preparations for the Pebble Beach Pro AM [a big annual charity funraisers for non-golfers]

I was most impressed with a squirrel and seagull that came up to where I was sitting and begging for food boldly, the squirrel jumping up next to me. These guys were straight out of a Disney movie. Sorry I didn’t have a camera! There’s a relatively new chocolatier in town….very charming shop owned by an equally charming young Belgium woman. I got a chocolate coffee to go…and a chocolate truffle—very delicious.

Happy Valentine’s Day one and all!
To be able (literally) to walk 2-1/2 miles in 20 minutes, again. Or, even for 10 minutes.
A hug from my mom, just to have her arms wrapped around me would be nice (my parents are retired and traveling) so I rarely see them anymore.
I would love to go to dinner with my husband. Have him tell me why he loves me and then get into the hot tub and laugh about times we have shared in the last ten years.
