Thank you, ki b and Frank, I have done something for myself today and call the SafeHouse People. You are so kind to give the support and reference number. I will do all I can to believe in myself again and live my own life, for myself.

Go there and don’t look back Ms Boylynn—you’ll find you way again and that belief in yourself that you need and we all need. Live life to the fullest you can and good luck—my thoughts are with you. You’re going to be alright—you really are.

J Boylynn, First, just get yourself safe. And as frank said “you’ll find you way again and that belief in yourself that you need and we all need.”

Hey all you great ladies —- I loved my teens - loved being 20,30,40,50,60 —now, as I approach 70 — I’m looking forward to MORE! My hope for all of you is an Old Irish Blessing “May you enjoy the four greatest blessings: Honest work for your hands to do A hearty appetite to nourish you A good man to give you love and a wink from God himself above. I’ll raise my glass to that!!!!!!

Hi Ginny, You’re reminding this Irish girl (or old lady, depending on your point of view) how much I miss Ireland. Thanks, and I’ll raise my glass to that, too.

I’m 49 and I love being 49, looking forward to 50. After all, growing old is inevitable, but growing up is optional! I’m thrilled that my husband, who is 8 years younger, loves me just the way I am and makes me feel like a “hottie” every day!

Since both my boyfriend (lifer as he likes to say) and my son are turning 50 this year - I guess I have to admit the truth. Turned 69 a week ago today, just got off an hour on the treadmill and feel basically like I’m 30+. But I’m much wiser, truthful, joyous, generous and loving now than I was at 30+ so will just be grateful for the age I am. Definitely beats the alternative!

4, sitting on my grandlmother’s lap while she made up stories just for me. 13, being kissed by my first love. 16, mom throwing me the keys to the car and saying, “take it out for a spin” after getting my license. Of course 21, ooh and 25 (mmm…he was fun), 35, my nieces sitting on my lap while I make up stories, 37 getting married, 50 out at 3:37am communing with the night sky and making wishes on 5 shooting stars during my birthday hour. For me, it’s not so much the age, as it is the present of Love through all of my ages. I am always.
