That my body wasn’t as attractive after I had a baby. That was from my first ex. I weighed 100 lbs. at the time. I believed him.

When we divorced, my ex-husband said that he’d continue to be a great father to our son and help me as much as he always had. HA! That was a good one. I was a single mom for 12 years with NO help from him. Personally, I think it’s great that Brad wanted to participate. I’m surprised that others were so against it….

Weapons of mass destruction…..The biggest lie with the biggest consequences in our lifetime. Worse than any lie my ex husband told me about his extra marital activities

Wow lynn b you just brought up another BIG lie for me … When people use the excuse . ” Well thats just how they are ” omg i hate that. When my father would drink , or be violent and yell, or hit my brother , My mother would just look at me and say ” Well thats just how your father is”. I think that is a MAJOR copout.

That my dad was the only man who would never break my heart….it may not be a romantic heart break but it hurts none the less.

Biggest lie—the Domino theory—remember that bit of bullshit! And because of it 58000+ men and women died in a war they shouldn’t have been in and I was there to see some of them die.

Liz Smith, you are so right - “Just sign this. It’s OK. You don’t have to read it carefully.” That happened to me, too. It’s right up there with “I just need to borrow this money for a couple of weeks and then I’ll pay it all back.”
