When we divorced, my ex-husband said that he’d continue to be a great father to our son and help me as much as he always had. HA! That was a good one. I was a single mom for 12 years with NO help from him.
Personally, I think it’s great that Brad wanted to participate. I’m surprised that others were so against it….
Weapons of mass destruction…..The biggest lie with the biggest consequences in our lifetime.
Worse than any lie my ex husband told me about his extra marital activities
Ok i wasnt going to say nething but come on ladies lay off poor brad …… arent we always complaining that we cant talk to our men … that they dont listen nor hear us when we speak? Here is a wonderful man who not only LISTENS but he wants to TALK about OUR issues…… i say dont go newhere hun im all for you being here….
Wow lynn b you just brought up another BIG lie for me … When people use the excuse . ” Well thats just how they are ” omg i hate that. When my father would drink , or be violent and yell, or hit my brother , My mother would just look at me and say ” Well thats just how your father is”. I think that is a MAJOR copout.
My boss assured his staff our jobs(aviation management)would be safe and continue on after the 9/11 world. He continued on without us,we were left out in the cold(still painful).KArma can be a bitch,he screwed things up so bad they FIRED him in 3 mos.By then our positions were filled.
Biggest lie—the Domino theory—remember that bit of bullshit! And because of it 58000+ men and women died in a war they shouldn’t have been in and I was there to see some of them die.
Liz Smith, you are so right - “Just sign this. It’s OK. You don’t have to read it carefully.” That happened to me, too. It’s right up there with “I just need to borrow this money for a couple of weeks and then I’ll pay it all back.”
