i wear a nightie light enough to ward off the nite sweats, whew and one with sleeves to cover up the fat on the back of my arms, then snuggle in for a nice sleep we purchased twin adjustable beds few years ago for my health and ooooh does that feel good when adjusted after a long hard day.
my husband of 30 years and I have always slept in just our skins…cuddled together in the softest bed I could find with a down comforter on top. It’s like a nest.
Hello everyone…I usually sleep in the upright position. My husband and I have recently taken in an abandoned 1-1/2 year old male cat. We had him neutered and have been keeping him indoors now for about two months. He is adjusting pretty quickly, but he still gets really active at night and attempts to get into things that he shouldn’t, therefore the beatings commence. Just kidding. He’s just too cute to be naughty…yeah right. Anyway, my mother’s ears are on alert most of the time lately and therefore, I sleep in the upright position. In the words of Rosanna Dana (sp?), nevermind. I sleep in a cotton t-shirt and Stan Herman jammie pants (e.g. pink, purple, or teal). Have a good week all. Rindy
These days with the hot flashes, just a tank or t-shirt and underwear or short pajama pants. This is after I wake up from the “couch coma” ;-) and finally climb into bed.
A Patagonia Synchilla hoodie because I hate drafts so much that I cover my head in bed. There’s a clear color code to distinguish the sleeping hoodies from the exercise hoodies: pastel for bed, black or brown for the gym. Ice blue and soft pink are not my colors of choice, but it’s too weird sleeping in a black hoodie.
California summer wear all year round — tank top and boxers. If one is teen-sized it’s possible to find nice soft feminine sets, but otherwise (and I am otherwise) its of the do-it-yourself variety.
Nothing in the warm summer months, but in the winter usually just an old t-shirt and even that bugs me getting bunched up during the night, but it beats getting cold!
