Researchers in London believe that women with high emotional intelligence have better sex lives.
Scientists at King’s College London studied 2,035 women, ages 18 to 83, and found emotional intelligence to be positively correlated with both frequency of orgasm during intercourse and masturbation.
The women were asked to rate their ability to reach orgasm on a seven-point scale — ranging from "never" to "always." They also filled in a questionnaire relating to emotional intelligence, traits (such as self expression and empathy) and sexual behavior (such as masturbation habits).
The study is published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine. Click here for more about the study.
