It’s not in my DNA to be a bully. I did have a housekeeper for years (!) who used to bully me all the time. I didn’t respond for a long time because I was terrified of being without help and she was good at her job. One day, after several years, I yelled at her after one her bullying moments, "Goddamnit, stop bullying me." She was Chilean and without great English language skills, so I don’t know if she understood the word "bullying" — but she got my tone and stopped her out-of-bounds behavior.
