Joan Ganz Cooney on Romance: Singin' and Cruisin' With Nat King Cole

I think of all the romantic places I’ve been with my husband, the best was Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat on the French Riviera. I adored the little restaurants on the water that we went to at night in nearby villages. But the most romantic times I ever had were in convertibles with Nat King Cole singing "Mona Lisa" on the radio or Sinatra singing anything, driving along the Pacific Coast or in the Arizona dessert with charming and handsome young men, almost all of whom I remember with great fondness.
