Have a Glass of Wine – or Two – for a Better Sex Life!

So we’ve all heard a glass of red wine a day may be good for your heart, but now we’re hearing it’s also good for your libido!
A new study from researchers at the University of Florence, Italy, found that women ages 18 to 50 who drink one or two glasses of wine a day have better sex than those who don’t drink at all. In fact, this is one area where two glasses will give you higher sexual satisfaction than one! Pass the vino, please!
"Historically, the aspects of wine and sexuality have been well-known since the time of Ancient Greece," the study’s lead author, Dr. Nicola Mondaini, told the Daily Mail.
The Italian study also found that older women have a more enjoyable sex life. And there’s even more proof that the greater the number of candles on your birthday cake doesn’t necessarily mean a nail in the coffin for your sex life.
New research from Dr. Alison J. Huang of the University of California at San Francisco and her colleagues say that although women may become less sexually active and less interested in doing the deed as they get older, there are still plenty of ladies who continue to have sex and maintain their sexual desire past their 60s. And the more fit you are mentally and physically, the more enjoyment you’re going to get in the bedroom!
Just a few more reasons why getting older isn’t so bad.

I suppose a nice glass of wine can be refreshing like one has with a meal.
On the other-hand having to get Drunk to engage in love making sounds incredibly sad. What does it say about you and your partner?
I would hope that the parties involved love, respect and care about each other. If you have to get Drunk to be creative, imaginative and experimental it’s sad. Perhaps, you’re with the wrong person?
