Teacher Tamara Hofmann's Love Triangle With Students Turned Deadly

A twisted relationship between teacher Tamara Hofmann and one of her students turned deadly when the older woman’s boyfriend caught the two together and fatally stabbed the young boy.

Police said Sixto Balbuena entered the Arizona home of the 48-year-old math teacher after 2 AM on Friday and found Hofmann and 18-year-old high school student Samuel Valdivia naked in the bathroom. According to police reports, Balbuena punched, kicked and then stabbed the teenager with a kitchen knife. Valdivia died later at the hospital.

As Valdivia’s heartsick friends and family mourn their loss, they also question why the teacher invited the student over in the late hours of the night.

Hofmann, a teacher at El Dorado High School in Chandler, AZ, once taught Balbuena at a different school. Balbuena, 20, a Navy sailor, was arrested and charged Tuesday with second degree murder. Balbuena is held in lieu of $100,000 bail.

Ok she was sleeping with a teenage boy and her boyfriend was only 20, she is 48…there is something seriously wrong with that picture.  Was her boyfriend not young enough for her, she had to go younger? 

I am not saying it wrong for an older woman to date a younger man b/c I am 7 years older than my hubby but high school boy?  The devil is doing his work…

This is a sad story.  The state was just starting to investigate her.  The process to De-certify a teacher long and lengthy.  The law does need to change.  The state didn’t know all the information prior to this stabbing.  Now a teen is dead.  She was a math teacher with a great resume.  Hard to know what her mind is like when a person give that good of a resume.  The 20 year old was going to leave for the Navy.  He so far says he didn’t know about the 15 year old.  You can say it was a love triangle love/jealousy mess.  The all meet each-other for the first time in her bedroom and now one is dead.  Sad, sad, sad.

OK, the teacher and her 18 year old student are found naked in the bathroom and people are questioning why she invited him over in the late hours of the night.  Hmmm…let me ponder that one.

It continues to amaze me, how easily women can make men morons! There was no justification for that woman to "play" those two the way she actually did. The question now is: "Is it better now?" Whose life has been improved????
