To make your eyes really pop, use colors that complement and intensify your eye color. Add a sweep of color to the base of the eyelid. Stretch the brow upward at the peak to obtain a smooth surface. Hold the brush upside down and apply the eye shadow deep into the lash line in a patting-type motion to ensure the color is pressed into the lid; never sweep as this creates too strong of a definition. Using the Sue Devitt Refined Eye Base Brush, apply a darker, contrasting shade upward toward the brow bone to create the desired depth. Apply it deep into the base of the lid and along the lash line to intensify further for a more dramatic effect.
