Are you satisfied with Bernie Madoff's sentence of 150 years in prison?
You know it, FP.
Say, the art here … really beautiful. Best,
Are you satisfied with Bernie Madoff's sentence of 150 years in prison?
Hi Andy,
Charlie Rose had a couple on last night that lost a million and a half with Bernie. Now they have to start over, as many other victims do. We just can’t let things end with Bernie. Take care,

We need to go after the CEO’s of Bear Stearns and Countrywide and the like. I wish Obama had gone in right away and said, "This is what’s going on and we need to clean it up right now." But he didn’t. Not that he wasn’t busy cleaning up so many other things. But, that was the time. And now it’s too late.
Because now we have this distraction - Bernie. I doubt we will go after the CEO’S that we should go after. You know that when Bear Stearns and Countrywide said they didn’t have a clue - they didn’t know what was going on - you can’t believe that. Of course they knew.
We need a complete overhaul of our financial system. As it is, shareholders are in name only. They have no say. These CEO’s don’t care what happens to the companies. They take their money and they walk. And the shareholders are left with no say, and no money. We can’t go after Christopher Cox, because he was just taking orders from Bush. The CEO’s were busy kissing each other’s a*ses. Our Securities and Exchange Commission is stuck. No funds. Not enough staff. Our system is a mess. We need to burn it and start over. So Bernie’s in jail. And he should be. But it’s just a distraction. And Bernie’s victims are just plain out. And life goes on.
Are you satisfied with Bernie Madoff's sentence of 150 years in prison?

Michael Jackson: 1958 - 2009
Heidi, I too, agree with your view. I don’t think MJ would ever hurt a child. I think he loved children. He may have shown it in an inappropriate way. No doubt. But I don’t think he ever hurt a child.
I will remember MJ for the way he moved on stage. No one like him. Just incredible. He moved more sharply than any jazz dancer I’ve ever seen. I’ll never forget him. I’ll remember him as an amazing, gifted performer.
How do you cool off in the heat of summer?
Phyllis,
Yes, for a while there I had the best manicured shrubs in our Association! LOL! … You’re too fun. (That’s one of the reasons you’re on my Dinner Guest A List, right?!)
By the way, I don’t know if you are clicking on the "reply" button when you send back messages to me, or not. I’m not getting any "reply alerts" in my e-mails. I guess I’ll check with WOW to see if I need to update my request to receive alerts. Bye,

That does it. You’re invited too, for the pre-party special cocktail with Phyllis. Bring your lady. See my post to Phyllis, above. I’ll ask Diana too!

Phyllis,
Of course! You’re on my list - in the "Witty, Savvy, Charming" category! But you must promise to come a little early so we can have a pre-party cocktail together before the other guests arrive.
Good to see you too. Cheers!
How do you cool off in the heat of summer?
Lizzie, "Mad dogs and Englishmen …" LOL!
My best girlfriend lives in Gilbert, and says in addition to the heat, the monsoons are coming soon!
Best,

You are too fun. Someday someone is going to snatch you up. We’ll all be scratching our heads and wondering where did James go? Do let us know.
Take care,
