It doesn’t matter to me how anyone spins this debate, it all boils down to the fact that during a devastating crisis, officials of my government met in back rooms and conspired about how to get around our laws and our Constitution.  The Right can justify it until y’all are red in the face, the reality remains the same: destruction and perversion of American laws and values………. the end could NEVER, will never, justify the means. 

How many more times do you "right-thinking" folks need to re-post the need for Pelosi to be held accountable?  Can you read??  Us "left-thinking" folks are in agreement. This is America.  When we make mistakes we need to analyze what went wrong, and how, and make sure such dangerous un-American history is not allowed to be repeated.  I DO NOT CARE about Ds or Rs.  I care that the guilty are held accountable.  I care that we find a way to insure this will not happen again.  This malignancy needs to be exposed and treated.

And for heaven’s sake people, the terrorists knew we tortured and made good use of that information as a highly effective recruiting tool.  I think it will only damage the terrorist’s ability to inflame and recruit now that America is holding the wrong-doers accountable. 

Well obviously you are so bright that some eyes just aren’t able to behold your voice!

Newt is a pathetic wannabe/has-been.  His only hope for his political delusions is that Americans are not really paying attention and therefore unable to discern the truth and/or the facts.  I worked with diligence to help secure the election of Barack Obama.  I wake up every morning and feel pride and gratitude for the way he represents me, and the United States of America. When I read some of the petty commentary, (much of it lifted and regurgitated from the radical-right party line) I can only hope that the bitter critical few (who continue their attempts to foment division and failure for our President and this great country)  will remain small, and content to inflame only each other.   Even as I am offended by the depths to which some anonymous "voices" are willing to stoop to express their manufactured criticism, I do defend their right to spew it.  Still, I would be far more willing to consider a point of view that seems real and personal as opposed to all the lockstep propaganda hurled onto the thread by what reads like petulant children who are still fuming because they didn’t get their way in the last election.  If y’all are so damn unhappy, why do you not work to repair and strengthen YOUR Party instead of spending eight or nine hours a day online bitching about Democrats?  (Some of you do seem to have a LOT of time to spend spreading the destructive garbage delivered by Newt and Rush and the Faux "News" agenda……cheap labor, ladies?  Isn’t it even slightly embarrassing to be used in this way?)   Reminds me of the recent wasting of tea bags to protest and posture about waste.  The hypocrisy is numbing. Thank you Barack Obama.  I am REALLY proud to be an American.

I hadn’t clicked over to listen to the audio until I read your post…..wow!  The last time I saw evidence of this deplorable deception was when some subversive group was playing the video clip in a "political" smear ad during the primaries, and they were so cheap and willing to insult our intelligence that they just muted the word "REALLY," but you could see Michelle’s lips moving during the silence.  That was low-budget deception…..the audio Hannity used sounded seamless and unaltered.  High tech deception is even more calculated and malicious. 

I watched the First Lady make the comment at issue…..watched it several times as a matter of fact.  Just when you think they won’t be able to go any lower, they deliver up something like this.  Wow would NEVER allow me to "say what I REALLY think" about this, but I do welcome the opportunity to correct the record and draw attention to the fraud.
