Let’s see…  We are the Melting Pot. Many of our foods, customs, traditions, even and langauge have been adopted FROM these immigrating cultures. On the flip side, the arrogance of many traveling Americans when they visit other countries is, "why doesn’t SOMEONE speak English?" And, actually, other countries do teach English as a manditory subject in schools. It’s this kind of narrow minded, we are the greatest, you need to conform to OUR ways if you’re going to live here attitude that has gotten us so far down the "respect totem pole" in world affairs. Shall we also not have hearing impaired people  use sign language because the rest of us don’t know it? Or visually impaired people not use or read Braille because the rest of us don’t know it? Both are considered languages, too. Foreign to many of us. I wonder the heritage of this Texan politician- arrival on the Mayflower or through Ellis island?

 Once you’ve been touched by an experience like that, it does have a profound and spiritual impact, doesn’t it? You try to instill logic, but why? Accept it. I too, have received signs from time to time in my life that reinforces there’s more than the physical form of life and it can’t help but be comforting and hopeful. If people open up, signs of "more" are everywhere.

First of all I didn’t say all republicans are millionaires- not in my post. Secondly- the ending of my post was about party vs. party bickering and finger pointing which you obviously wish to continue this old, tired, unproductive means to no end approach. Have fun!
