Women are certainly more critical of other women. I have always found it easier to deal with men. I had a better relation with my father than my mother. I have worked with women that were very difficult and very critical, then I have worked with women that worked well as a team, that situation was delightfull. I do think it is more of a competition thing with women. I have few women friends but I treasure their friendship.
