Everything stinks like smoke …. it is gross … and I need to quit for M … I am all he has got … his father passed away from a heart attack in Jan. O8. If die he will be lost …. I NEED TO REMEMBER THAT! The trouble starts when the trouble starts …. if M has a meltdown … and meltdowns include screaming, rolling on the floor, pulling his hair out and hitting himself … when that happens I tend to M and get him calmed down and then I reach for a smoke to calm myself down …. We are off to the little store … just think of all the money I will have for little extras for M if I quit smoking …. this is a good thing on account we don’t have that much to begin with …. hhhmmmm!

Okay, listen …. Bonnie ….. YOU ARE RIGHT! I have been cheating …. I am out of smokes today …. and I am not in the best of moods …. three days …. OMG … okay three days. Today will be day one …. on account I have been cheating … 10:05 am …. doing fine right now …. it is the night time that gets me. I will hit this page about a hundred times today …

Josie, Hi … I’m here … doing a quick check in …. I was going to light one up last night and I was on the McCain thread and read the post I just about fell out of my chair … I knew that I had support and that felt good. I did not light that smoke … I put it down and drank a glass of water. I did not smoke before I went to bed … I kept thinking how wonderful it felt to have someone/a bunch of someones in my corner! I felt obligated to them and to my M and me to try harder! THANK YOU!
