Hi Gang, Liza here! I woke up this morning to see all these wonderful words of support. It is funny because I was saying to myself that if I am really going to change that the smoking was going to have to go. Well, Ok then … I will give it another shot. I did some research there is tons of help for people that really want to make change in their life. I feel inspired to do the unthinkable … quit smoking! So, I have half a pack left … we will see if I can do it. I made myself “pep” posters and taped all around the house. I made myself a bunch of celery and carrot sticks to help with this. Again, it so nice to see all of your stories and words of support. Thank you!

Ms. Deni, Me too … I don’t very well like the taste of *flax seed oil or sand in my mouth. May the flees of a thousand camels infest S’s ….. foot?! A WARNING … the monster will not be pleased with us hens when she wakes up to the flees of a thousand camels gnawing at her apple … be warned she will come back …. the difference is her power has been taken away! *flax seed oil is a very important part of everyday living! :)
