Nasty view….so you expected a solution in 3 weeks….and my friend, this crises started with Reagon and the near constant deregulation since then…..and this isn’t a partisian crises, it is a crises for all of us…those who rant as you have without any solution or even faith that there may be a solution, only continue the victimization policies of Bush….no one knows what will work, because there has been a disruption in the status quo, nothing is the same and the changes are unprecedented. And if you really want to talk abuot Bush’s mistakes in the past 8 years, the economy is only the start…how about an illegal war, lies to Congress and the American people, denying global climate change, the raping of the environment and the laws to protect it, the politicalization of the Justice Dept, and the coziness with Wall Street….girl, you need to start reading….

I live in Idaho now….I came for a job. I love the weather, the mountains, the people are wonderful, but my heart and home are in Wisconsin. Born there, went to college there, worked there for years…weather is hot and muggy or cold and bitter, no mountains but a great lake, people are not as nice but way more diverse. But three of my kids are there, the fourth in Minneapolis, and basically where they will be is where my home is.

Money, what money? Husbands job disappeared a year ago, two kids in college with loans, house losing value, 401K becoming a joke….we need some leadership and not from stupid.

The hypocrisy of Eliot Spitzer’s personal conduct when compared to that which he prosecuted is profound and troubling. This is exactly what he was pursueing others for, yet his behavior shouldn’t count? On the contrary, his behavior in his private life is fair game, because the moral tenor one shows privately is the same that guides the public person. That said, just once I want to see the woman of such a man tell him to take the medicine on his own, have her own spokesperson explain that she has no intention of supporting the jerk. He should be on his own. No woman should have to endure this kind of public angst and humiliation. Cut the bum loose.
