Dear Ms. Jane, I’m sure you will agree that pets are extended family. If they are lucky, the pets are among the most cherished part. So many of us are saved by owners. My first owner saved me and later even allowed me to bring home my little friend, a one-eyed kitten. And she still has the kitten even though I moved down the hill with her full support and approval. Aren’t we the lucky ones! I would be willing to guess that any of your pets are just as lucky! Purrs and hugs to all! Love, Dice the Nice

You are probably right about the nails. Actually I have never had my nails trimmed. I have always been an outdoor cat and i don’t want that to change. I do sleep in my garage at night but I want my freedom the rest of the time. “They” have tried to get me to stay inside but I will have none of it. Guess I’ll just continue to make typos - hope you all don’t mind. Purrs from Dice.

Dear Kryssi K: You are such a kind lperson to offer shelter to people and animals!! So far, we can handle a few stray cats in our neighborhood. Dear Edith Ann: like your idea about volunteering to do community service. Unfortunately, it is difficult for a cat to get to be a volunteer. If I could, I would like to be a volunteer at the Humane Society and help cats and dogs get good homes. Maybe I should at least offer. I know what a really good home is because I have one. Dear Edith Ann, I’m so sorry to hear about the problems your family is having! You are so good at simply telling us the story without feeling sorry for yourself. You are SO right and thank you Kryssi K for defending my honor. I am told that I am a perfect gentleman cat and would never make such a social error!!
