Manson Murderess Begs for Mercy

Make you can provide a link to the alleged symptoms of her brain tumor. I can’t find this “can barely walk across the room or make a sentence” on the Internet….which should be very easy to do if were actually reported. Not to mention it doesn’t matter. None of her 8 victims or the little baby could walk across a room or make a sentence either after she got through with them

The Complete Mugsy Peabody Primer on whether a mass murderer of 8 innocent people and a baby should receive a compassionate release: 1) “The only people who should speak to this ‘issue’ are who’ve gone through it.” ….Never mind that the Parole Board seeks public comments and even have a website to receive them [I provided earlier]. The nation’s newspapers print letters to the editors from the public on this ‘issue.’ The public votes on these type of matters in referendums. Members of the public, like Sharon Tate’s mother, Doris Tate, effect change in laws as she did in victim’s rights laws. Oh….and there’s that little thing like the Founders of this site ASKING for our opinion. 2) “Compassion and clemency are about who WE are.” Yes, and the public [except those in the minority on this like you] direct their compassion on those who deserve it—-the victim’s family, ie compassion for the nightmare they’ve gone through and go through again everytime that mass murderer petitions to be released…. 3) Elizabeth B is right re clemency because she is “ABUNDANTLY principled.” ….ie not like the rest of us who obviously are lacking in principle otherwise we’d jump on board to release a mass murdering psychopath whose only remorse was that she didn’t have time to cut out Sharon Tate’s baby and the eyes of the victim’s to smash against the wall. She did however have time to taste Ms. Tate’s blood and then write “pig” on her front door of this completely innocent pregnant mother. 4) “May we find greater compassion than what I am hearing here….mercy is the mark of the giver not of the one who receives it.” ……Total lacking in comprehension re the emotional suffering to the victim’s family and friends for releasing a mass murderer who’d been sentenced to death, beat that sentence by a fluke, and doesn’t deserve any mercy. The mercy should be reserved for the families. Period. As the Director of California Prisons was very clear on when she denied the request. Not to mention legal precedence etc etc etc. 5) “I personally don’t think she should be released because she would be safer there than she would be without armed guards protecting her from people like you.” …..Mugsy finally recants and recapitulates on her multi-expressions for “principled” clemency, compassion and mercy for the mass murderer of eight innocent people and a baby……because she should remain in prison to be safe from size 6 blond Sharon Tate (according to many) look-a likes who couldn’t kill spider. That’s some stream of logic and high-mindness. Some of us will continue to join with the victim’s families and write the CA Board of Parole and encourage others to do so on behalf of the victim’s rights and justice whenever any Mason murderer applies for parole or release for any reason….instead of argue for the murderers. Some of us will never forget August 9th, how it terrified LA, and all that was senselessly lost that night, and the following night in one of the most grisly, merciless, compassionless slaughters of the 20th C, of totally innocent people and a little baby who would have been 37 this August had he been allowed to live and his mother begged while she was being taunted and stabbed to death by Susan Atkin, and while Sharon Tate cried out for her own mother. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-AmDViBArY Anyone who can look at the crime scene photos and think that any of the mass murders should A) be released, or B) kept in prison to protect them against me (per Mugsy Peabody) has tremendous disconnect between their brain and their heart.

Manson Murderess Begs for Mercy

John—-There’s her answer. Hurry up and die and then you get to leave. Do they have a Hallmark card for that?

Manson Murderess Begs for Mercy

Oops, “Wow. Yes, like blond yuppie, size 6 mothers who’ve never gotten so much as a jay-walking ticket are quite a treat.” I meant as if a ‘threat” but yes…..blond, yuppie, size 6 mummies are quite a treat, too.

Manson Murderess Begs for Mercy

Her death sentence was commuted by the fluke of the California Supreme Court declaring the death sentence unconsititutional. All death sentences at that time, including for this mass murderer of 8 innocent people and a baby, were commuted to life in prison. When the death sentence was reinstated their sentences were not. At EXTREME emotional costs to her victims families they’ve gone through, with this incident. 12 different requests, each denied, plus she has sued the Gov. for holding her a “political prisoner” all of this nonsense costing the California tax payers. Her compassionate release has been denied by the Director of Ca Prisons. She’ll try other avenues…..and she’ll undoubtedly be denied there too. Because from all the commentary I’ve read on other boards and here it is overwhelmingly against her ever getting out……because most people don’t have misplaced compassion for a mass murderer of totally innocent people and what this does to their surviving families. I hope the woman rots in hell. From childhood everyone knows #1 on the ten commandments is thou shall not kill. I’ve seen her taped ‘apologies’ to the victims families….with as much sincerity as if she were apologizing for taking their parking space. The tears come on when she starts taking about what she wants for HER. Since the CA courts have only approved 16% of applications for compassionate releases, and since the THINKING public understands what a miscarriage of justice this would be, and since the Director of Ca prisons has already said no, and we have a GOP Gov…..am sure this horrible mass murderers chances are squat. As they should be. Her only remorse expressed after the crimes (in three separate locations on three separate nights) was that she hadn’t had time to cut out the baby and the eyes of the victims to smash against the wall.

Manson Murderess Begs for Mercy

Mugsy, Oh, so now you are stating that I am capable of doing harm to this mass murderer whose only remorse for her brutal killing of 8 innocent people pleading and a baby, is that she didn’t have time to cut out the baby and her victims eyes and smash these against wall. You are stating that I am somehow capable of doing something to this demonic woman other than sending emails to make sure she stays where she belongs, in prison. Sh isn’t ELIGIBLE for compassionate release—-because of the fluke that got her off death row she is eligible TO APPLY. The DIRECTOR of the California Prison System has ALREADY DENIED HER APPLICATION…..however she will undoubtedly try to go to the Board of Parole and/or the Jurisdictional Court or file another one of her lawsuits…..because this lowlife does whatever she can to have what she denied 8 other innocent people and a BABY. “stfu at everyone” —-that is directed to YOU not everyone. So you’re incorrect about the law, you’ve just contradicted yourself here with your other posts about ‘compassion and mercy” BS for a mass murderer….and then follow it up with stating that I am capable of doing anything to this horrible woman. You are a piece of work, lady. So the REASON you give for her NOT GETTING OUT IS “I personally don’t think she should be released because in prison she is safer than she would be without armed guards protecting her from people like you.” That’s really cool. Misdirected mercy and compassion for a mass murderess. Then she should stay in prison, not because of her heinous crimes, because you are concerned that “someone like you” is a danger to her (as if I am, or ever have been, to anyone.) You are an extremely foul individual. Extremely, lousy, horrible, despicable, foul individual. Compassion and mercy for a mass murderer…..and then concern for her safety and that she should stay in prison to be safe from people like me. Wow. Yes, like blond yuppie, size 6 mothers who’ve never gotten so much as a jay-walking ticket are quite a treat. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Woman.

Manson Murderess Begs for Mercy

Agyness, BTW love your avatar. I agree don’t have hate, resentment or bitterness toward them or anyone, my mother drilled that into us as children. And also not to lose clear sight of what you’re dealing with. This woman isn’t dying in prison, but in a hospital with the state providing for her every physical care and her husband and ministry friends her emotional ones. She’s been given more by the California taxpayers than 3 billion people on Earth ever receive: Food, shelter medical care, clothes, a bed, campus grounds, TV, a website, books, as educational, groups, a lawyer, dental, health and psychological services—-all free. She was spared the death penalty. At the time of her death she will be in a bed, medicated out of pain, with her husband and others holding her hand. She won’t be terrorized and butchered and having her life stolen from her. Whatever she could have become she stole from herslef by her own stupid choices. She got a lot better than she deserves.

Manson Murderess Begs for Mercy

Dona— I agree completely with what you said. I also understand what it means to lose family members to horrific events and how that never leaves you. The mercy and compassion are for all the people impacted and for those who lose their lives and not for cold blooded perpetrators of events. I esp dislike the glibness of people who don’t know what they are talking about. Don’t THINK about the impacts on the victims of their events before they spout off. And WORSE if they wish to hold deranged opinions do so while also inferring that others lack their self-congratulatory false sense of high-mindedness and ‘saintly’ compassion and mercy. There can be understanding for how these stupid people ruined their own lives too. They did things that 6 year olds know better not to do and they did these things after careful plotting and thinking, and did them repeatedly. And they got to have lives in a relatively lowscape cushy campus like prison. They received much better than they deserved. Their victims families in one day had their lives forever turned around. They were plunged into a world of bottomless pain and have spent the last three decades missing their loved ones, knowing how they died, living in a media circus and having to fight year after year after each of these animals comes up for parole. And while other people, uninvolved, blithely chime in, “let them go.” Susan Atkins and Tex Watson were the worst of all. Patricia Krinwinkle has the grace to repeatedly say, I wake up everyday and know I am a destroyer, I took away the most precious of all things, life.” To my knowledge, she hasn’t repeatedly tried to be parole. She has tried to redeem herself while also admitting she deserves her fate. And she did spare the caretaker at the Tate residence, and she did return to the ranch and say “they were so young.” But she also got in the car the next day and helped murder the LaBiancas and wrote the messages in their blood. And then they stole cheese and chocolate milk from the residence and went outside and had a snack. I can have a slight amount of compassion for her because she admits in a comprehending way what she did. But she is still where she belongs. Sharon Tate was so excited about that baby. Roman Polonski and her mother and sisters all said no expectant mother was ever (most families think that about their ‘golden girls’) more excited. The baby was taken in a post-mortum c-section. They buried her in a blue Pucci dress and with her baby in her arms…when she would have been in a hospital within days surrounded by flowers, her estactic family and with her baby Paul held up against her, and photos of her shinning happiness in all the papers. Instead the last picture of her is hacked up in a pool of blood in her own living room of the what she referred to as “the Love House.” I do understand the courage and character and understanding it takes to get to where you are Dona, and I admire it. The Atkins request will go to the parole board July 15th….and they WILL listen to what the public thinks. There is a form in an earlier post to send in opinions. She is in a hospital. She has a husband who is an attorney and he sticks by her, She has people in her ‘ministry’ who are supporters. She has more than she deserves and she doesn’t deserve to be let out. The jurisdictional court can overturn the board’s decision. Less than 20% of requests for compassionate early release are approved. By the way, Dona. Sharon Tate’s mother, Doris, her sister Patti, both spent the rest of their lives fighting for the right’s of victims families. Doris Tate founded an prominent group for parents of murdered children, she had legislation passed that won them rights to go to the parole board meetings, etc, and to speak in court. She died of cancer and Patti also did from breast cancer….they are buried with Sharon and her baby. The elder sister, Debra Tate, carries on. Her sister was a sweet, down to earth, generous, loveable totally innocent person viciously murdered for no reason whatsoever as Susan Atkins tauted her and left her in a pool of blood to go back to the ranch and party. And that is but one of 8 (9 including the baby) murders she committed. She should never, ever get out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-AmDViBArY

They were NOT on a boatload of drugs when they committed the crimes. They cooly prepared for the killings overtime at the ranch. Learning how to thrust knives in and pull them up to do the maximum damage, swing a bayonet, use guns. The armed themselves with bolt cutters, knives, guns and drove long distances in the dead of night. Four of them together in the instance of the Tate murders, more when they were driving around LA to choose a random house to go in and kill more people, which turned out to be the LaBiancas, both business owners in their pajamas preparing for bed, and having just returned from a boating trip with their grown children. To reach the Tate residence was a long dark drive through a mostly deserted canyon so quiet you could practically ‘hear the ice tinkle in the martini shakers’ of the few residences. They cut the phone wires. They first murdered an 18 year old boy leaving in his car who’d been visiting the caretaker. Tex Watson snuck in a window and they let the women in the front door. He kicked one of the men awake who was asleep on the sofa. Susan Watkins waved at Abagail Folger who was reading a novel in one bedroom and proceeded into the master bedroom where Sharon Tate and the longtime friend of her and Roman Polanski were seated, talking. She hearded then by knifepoint into the living room. When Jay Sebring objected to the order that Sharon Tate should get on the ground face down, 8 1/2 months pregnant, Jay Sebring objected and Tex Watson shot and stabbed him in front of his closest friends. When the Abigail and her boyfriend bolted out the door in fear they were chased down and stabbed dozens of times. So bloody that the police thought Abigail’ nightgown was red when it had been white. Sharon Tate heard and saw everything while she begged for mercy, Susan Atkins taunted her and told her she was going to die, and while she and Tex Watson stabbed her repeatedly she called out for her own mother. There were MANY decisions points in this cold attacked in the planning, in the driving to the residence, there faced with the victims (one of the killers said when they got back to the ranch “they were so young” THEY KNEW what they were doing. They KNEW earlier when they slaughtered the musician, and the next night when they slaughtered the La Biancas. They partied afterwards as their victims lay hacked to death in pools of blood waiting for the housekeeper to discover them in the morning. Waiting for the LaBiancas children to find them the next night. Tex Watson became a “minister” in prison, married and has fathered two children on conjugal visits. He has had free run of the prison where they all are, a one story park-like campus where he leaves to go into town. They escaped death and had their lives. The surviving families paid mightily and spent the intervening three decades in parole board meeting after parole board meeting each separate for each mass-murderer (each convicted for either 7 or 8 murders. the state did not include unborn children at that time. They really killed 9) year after year reliving the gruesomeness of one of the 20th centuries most brutal and senseless and heinous mass murders. The two murderers that Truman Capote wrote about in “In Cold Blood” killed the parents and their two children also awoken in their beds in surprise and senseless attacks. In that case the murderers were soon enough hung. This was three separate events, 8 victims, over 100 family members left behind grieving, the murderers living cushy lives in a college campus like one story prison….escaping their death sentence by a fluke of timing….and putting the surviving families through parole hell year after year. Susan Atkins and Tex Watson were the worst of all, the leaders, the cruelest, the most brutal, the most unmerciful, still the most clueless of the weight of all they’ve done. They deserve absolutely no mercy. They received their parole when they escaped the death sentence that they deserved.

Here’s the real susan atkins: haved head, x-craved into her head, unbowed after mass murdering 8 innocent victims and a baby. In another photos laughing, having repeatedly mocked the victims and their families and bragging about what she did. She went back to the ‘ranch’ after the three separate muderous events and danced and laughed. Leaving behind over 100 devastated family members of her victims. The relatives, especially of Sharon Tate….to this day…have been forced to relive the massacre and relive all their pain and loss at each and every separate parole hearing for 35 years for all the murderers in an effort to keep them behind bars, and where they belong. Susan Atkins has repeatedly lied, bragged at how fun it was to kill, and said she began stabbing Sharon Tate because she was ‘tired of listening to the begging and pleading, and pleading and begging. She was sentenced to death and instead got a cushy campus-like one story dorm style prison with park-like shady grounds and where she had a life. Sharon Tate and her baby about to born were saved til last to hack to death so that she watched and heard, terrorized, as her three close friends viciously murdered first—for sport. Where she is right now is too good for her. http://www.orange-papers.org/orange-Manson_girls_shaved2.jpg http://www.dc.k12.mn.us/MSchool/8th%20Grade/Sparboe/ilp/mansonfollowers….

Sharon Tate’s surving sister and Jay Sebring’s nephew telling Diane Sawyer why the murderer’s should never be released. Sharon Tate’s younger sister, Patti, devoted herself for over 25 years to keeping them in prison, until her death from breast cancer, as did their mother until she died from cancer, as did her father until his death. Jay Sebring’s nephew points out that 100+ family members have had a lifetime of pain. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lv0eLiQv3M&feature=related

A quote from Sharon Tate’s father, “Thirty one years ago I sat in a courtroom with a jury and watched with others. I saw a young woman (Susan Atkins) who giggled, snickered and shouted insults, even while testifying about my daugher’s last breath, she laughed. My family was ripped apart. If Susan Atkins is released to join her family, where is the justice.”

Manson Murderess Begs for Mercy

Go look at the crime scene photos, read Sharon Tate’s father’s letter, THINK about the 37 years 7 great people and an innocent baby lost, THINK about how much planning when into this mass murder and then the taunting of the victims families in court, and the GLEE and enjoyment atkins got in the repeated telling of what she did. THINK about the life that Sharon Tate loved, the sisters and mother who adored her and were so excited about the baby due in two weeks…..and then come back and say YES. It’s really easy to be glib when you haven’t endured what they did, when all of their lives were completely destroyed, when they had to live for the rest of their lives with the brutal reality of how this beautiful sweet 26 year old totally innocent victim was terrorized and butchered. She had a life and infinitely more humanity than what she delivered to her victims in their homes three homes, the musician she killed weeks before, Sharon Tate, the four others and her baby, and the couple the following night. She DOES NOT deserve release and I can absolutely promise you that the people who lived in that area then and remember it all very well will NOT let it happen. The compassion properly goes to the victims like Debra Tate and what they are enduring in this media circus. Atkins is in a hospital, not in prison. she already is getting infinitely more compassion than she deserves. She’s not put Debra Tate through this parole process 12 times. “Atkins testified she stabbed eight 1/2-months pregnant Sharon Tate to death, a particularly brutal act even within the context of the Cieo Drive massacre in that the group of murderers had kept Tate, who pleaded for the life of her unborn baby, alive to the last. Restraining Tate while her friends were brutally butchered before her eyes, Atkins said that she had coldly told the terrified actress that she would be murdered: “Look, bitch, I don’t care a thing about you. You’re going to die and there’s nothing you can do about it.” “She testified that she stabbed Tate repeatedly as the dying actress cried out in anguish for her own mother before perishing. She then tasted the blood of Sharon Tate . It was one of the most appalling stories of its kind, shocking people who had lived through more than half-a-century of mass-murder since the First World War. At the trial, the women defendants carved an X on their foreheads and shaved their heads to show their solidarity with Manson. On the stand, when Atkins was asked if she thought the killing of eight people was unimportant, she responded: “Was the killing of thousands with napalm (in Vietnam) important?” In 1981, via the mail, she met and married Donald Laisure, who claimed he was a millionaire. Upon discovering he was not, she had the marriage annulled. She married Harvard law student James Whitehouse in 1987, who has represented her at parole hearings since 2000. Her inability to show remorse and her failure to accept responsibility for her part in the brutal murders has meant that she has been turned down for parole 11 times, the last time in February 2005. In 2003, she made the contention that she was a political prisoner in a lawsuit filed against California Governor Gray Davis, as his policy opposing parole for most murderers meant she was kept behind bars. Her petition was denied.

Elizabeth- ” Her prosecutor believes a release would be a good thing.” That is NOT what Vincent Bugliosi said. “In fact, most of those convicted of first degree murder in California are given sentences of 25 years to life, and rarely serve as long as Susan Atkins has served.” She mass murdered 7 innocent people plus the 8 1/2 month fetus in the most grisly of manners. She ruined countless lives and was giddy in retelling it and mocked her victims and their familiies. She was sentenced to death, and this was overturned when the California Supreme Court elimanated the Death Penlaty, then it was reinstated, but not for those like Atkins who had their sentences altered to life in prison. “Or because the family of the victim objects.” The family of the victims DO have rights as do all citizens to comment to the Parole Board and these comments are taken seriously. Her poor sister has gone through this process 11 times, the last time in 2006, and now again. Revenge is not the motive. Justice for all her victims is. “Some one is going to have to be let out. Why not someone with staggering medical bills and no likelihood of causing further harm?” The mental torment and anguish she is causing to the victims of her crimes, ie the families, to people who lived in the area at the time, is severe. 7 people and an innocent baby were butchered…she got to live and she had a life in prison. they did not. It would be great if people had sufficient, and accurate, information before they stated opinions. “The comments that say she should suffer as much as she made her victims suffer” the comments are that justice for her victims should be served….the victims include all the survivors of this hideous mass murder of totally innocent people.

Roman Polanskii’s mother and sister were murdered before his eyes by the Nazis. His and Sharon Tate’s baby would have been 37 right now. Sharon Tate’s one sister, Mother (who is nearly solely responsible for victim’s rights laws as the result of the butchering of her beautiful daughter with whom she was extremely close), Father are all dead. Their happy lives were destroyed on August 9, 1969. ’ The surviving sister Debra said as hard as it was on her mother and father hearing the news, Roman Polanski was beyond devasated. He made that wonderful movie of a few years ago, The Pianist, in part due to his own experiences in Nazi occupied Poland and having his own family butchered in front of his eyes. He made a successful life and again it happened to his completely innocent wife and baby and good friends. Abigail Folger for one was a truly beautiful, educated, creative, humane person and social activist despite her wealth. Here’s Sharon Tate’s sister describing how she told Roman and his response. And both he and Sharon’s director had wanted her to stay in Europe where they lived in London and have the baby in a Swiss clinic and not return to LA but she wanted to be with her parents and sisters who were so excited about becoming aunts. 37 years stolen from this lovely woman and her baby for no reason whatsoever, by a woman who’d murdered an innocent musican days before, and an innocent couple the next day, and then laughed about it in jail, thrilled about it, and then mocking the victim’s families in court. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_rACVNt2mc The outstanding film “The Pianist” that Roman Polanski made, based on a true story, and which also reflected his experience in Nazi occupied: http://www.szpilman.net/ Poland. A tribute to Sharon Tate that would have had 37 joyous years with her ‘baby,’ her family and in her career by this Aug 9: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zL4OP46eLI
