Life is change, growth is opptional…

This isn’t new to many of us. But I am amazed at all the different directions the economic attacks are coming at us. Talk about terristic attacks…I had one of those bad morgages, I went to a foreclosure prevention specialist who informed me going into foreclosure wasn’t all that bad!!!! He didn’t have four children two on the Autism Spectrum. So I read the entire HUD document on foreclosures online, found out about the “Loss/Mitigation” offices which most morgage companies and banks have. In this office you can write a letter of hardship, present your budget and request your morgage gets set to a percentage you can handle to keep your home. Fortunately during this process I also found out I had 8 credit cards opened in my name….Identity theft which I am still in the process of fighting…..amazing! Some of the cards had been opened after the first cards were delinquent, makes me go hmmmmmmmmm. How were these people able to open up credit cards with all of these delinquencis on my credit file? Sounds like an inside job to me. I, of course wrote to my Representatives in my State and Congress asking them to stop allowing credit cards to be opened automatically over the internet and to put in place some kind of physical contact via through a bank or some other place where one must come in person to sign off on a credit card application. Anyway, last year I locked all of my retirement funds down into money marketing funds because of “back wash”- when you let a 2 year old drink out of your glass after eating dry cookies and there always seems to be cookie crumbs in your drink afterwards. The ‘back wash” that made me lock down my retirement was the moment I found out how the war was being funded by a runaway money borrowing train.

I was born in big Mama’s (my great Aunties) bedroom. My older sister and my second to the oldest brother decided I must be hungry after being stuck inside my mother for nine months without any real food. My mother awoke to their giggles as I sucked down applesauce and wet saltine crackers they were feeding me.

I have trouble getting through my own email…Why would I want to read someone elses email unless I am getting paid to check it out? I have had identity theft and I do not think it is funny at all. Fraudulent credit cards opened and I have to pay them!!!! Merchandise ordered over the net….not a nice thing at all!!!!

Well, I am a single mother after my husband went into mid-life crisis never to return, I was left 5 months pregnant with our fourth child. Our children have grown , three young men and one young lady. I had no mentor male figure for my sons…our neighbors who happen to be two brothers decided to take my sons under their wings and answer the “guy questions”. If there was a way to repay them for a caring service that is priceless I would. They have been a God’s send. Thanks Eric and Chad!!! with much Love

Albert Einstein once said The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results Anyone who believes the McCain / Palin ticket is not the same as the current government isn’t really looking. We the people have too many problems in this country not to work together and pull ourselves out of a major hole. We owe China billions if not trillions of dollars for funding the war. Russia and a plethora of other countries are mad at us. Our own children are dying due to lack of health insurance, food , clothing and a home. People are losing their jobs and their minds. I understand the people with the “flight” reflex of “fight and flight”. They are just human and are afraid of another year of the horrors we are facing here at home. It does not mean they do not love this Country! The Declaration of Independence: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. I believe We the People can turn this around , no it will not be easy. But we can do it with a government that is working for the people by the people to make change in the right direction.

I remember getting my children ready for school…my neighbor was outside smoking a cigarette, rocking back and forth sitting on her front step. I went outside to see if she was alright, she told me we were at war…. I ran back inside and turned on the television. The world seemed to stop, time didn’t exist. All of the personal problems/concerns that were crashing down in my mind for the day, vanished as we watched the smoke from the first tower then the crash into the second tower. People on our block , in our city ,on the highways seemed to really see each other that day.

Humphrey ….. I believe Senator Humphrey said it all….
