I came back here to WOW expecting to find this, just as soon as I noticed today’s very special date - hey, did you know Lily was born on the same day WWII officially began? SOMEthing wonderful had to balance out all the chaos!

Lily, I have felt truly blessed the moment I discovered your (and Jane’s) brilliant work. Hopefully the next time I meet you (and I am still DYING to meet JANE, damn it!), I won’t be so speechless and loaded on Nyquil (had a virus back in February after the Ft. Worth show) and perhaps I will be able to articulate to you just how much you’ve helped me go from crawling and stumbling through the ugliness of life…to learning how to walk with my head high(er) and taking notice to the things that make life worth experiencing.

….and by the way, I’m only 25, yet your vibrance and ridiculously youthful appearance make ME feel 70!

Actually, she had a recent special on network TV (Bravo I think?) called "The Word" (something to that effect) that was technically a stand-up comedy. And I believe she re-vamped her one-woman show for Broadway as well…and though that’s more than JUST "comedy", i.e. performance art, if THAT doesn’t classify her as comedic, then I’m afraid Lily would be disqualified as well…

Also, in answer to the general question, my STOMACH is where my non-dental tension goes. I haven’t been digesting well at ALL. I’m losing weight from not eating, yet BLOATED (guess that’s a sign of true starvation). TMI ALERT: not having bowel movements 1-2 times a day like I used to, even while taking fiber. More like once every day and a half to two days. Stomach constantly rumbling. Etc.

…I thought I was the only one. I didn’t realize it was economy-related, honestly. I’m just going through SEVERAL personal ordeals and have noticed that I’ve been clenching fists and grinding teeth CONSTANTLY lately without really realizing. I even purchased individual dental insurance just to get it checked out, ‘cause now even my JAW is feeling increasingly tight lately, like it’s gonna lock up any second.

And DAMN it’s good to see your name again, Jane. I was just thinking LAST NIGHT "I would give anything to hear from Jane Wagner on WOW during these stressful times."  And here you are. You intuitive Pisces, you.

What do you hear outside the windows of your home at night?

BIRDS. Lately I’ve been hearing BIRDS. They will NOT shut the HELL up. What the hell? It is pitch dark outside; I didn’t realize there were nocturnal birds, let alone SO MANY. It’s like they’re out there at 3:30am trying to get it on.

BEFORE that, I heard silence (GLORIOUS, BIRD-LESS SILENCE) with the occasional, inexplicably soothing sounds of distant train whistles.
