Should the U.S. be more involved in the election aftermath in Iran?
Actually, Mark, Russia is an oil exporter. They have long been close to and supportive of Iran, and are usually the weak link in trying to impose economic sanctions. Would they consider our interfering in Iran an act of war against Russia? Not Likely. Would Russia react? Absolutely. Probably in Georgia, at this time.

Bad Hair: A Photo Tribute to the Worst Hairstyles of the 1970s
#1 takes her carrot top a bit too literally. I hope the hair wasn’t really orange.
'The Proposal' Movie Starring Sandra Bullock, Ryan Reynolds and Betty White (Photos)
“While You Were Sleeping” makes a great Christmas movie. 8-)
Candice Bergen: A Level Playing Field
Without some adversity, there would be no sense of accomplishment and self-esteem. Too much adversity has the opposite effect.
The big question is not if, but how much - and how well you handle it. Does it push you down, does it push you forward, or does it push you off the cliff?
A lot of people are getting pushed off the cliff these days.
Has Calvin Klein Really Gone Too Far This Time With Racy 'Threesome' Ad? (Video)
This billboard is little more than soft-core porn. Few people who look at the picture will notice the product.
I think this will get the company name on more black lists than shopping lists.
Should violence against medical doctors who perform abortions be viewed and prosecuted as domestic terrorism?
When the murder of one puts others in fear, it is unarguably an act of terrorism.
As long as there is such a national movement against such legal procedures; as long as there are people who demonize, stalk, harass, intimidate, and threaten those who perform them; such a murder is an act of terrorism.
Dear Margo: Does Your Friend Have a White Stripe Down His Back?
Dear “Trying To Move On”: try harder.
It always amazes me how much some women are willing to look the other way, to not see what is right in front of them, for the sake of some guy who treats them poorly. He can change. She can change him, if only she can get him to the alter…
No wonder the divorce rate is so high.
How do you tell the time?
I have a nice little watch that resets itself every night from the clock in Colorado (it always tells the correct time), but I cannot wear it all the time. I am allergic to some metals, including the cover on the back of the watch. If I wear it too long, I get a rash where the watch meets the wrist. :-(
How do you tell the time?
I never had a “Flintstones” watch. In fact, I never had a themed watch at all, until I found one in a cereal box.
First Lady Staff Shake-up: Friend Susan Sher Replaces Jackie Norris as Chief of Staff
It sounds to me like Jackie Norris gave it a shot, but decided that she was not getting enough time for her three young sons. Now she has a job that better suits her and her family, and the First Lady has someone running her staff that she has a long-established working relationship with.
I would call it an adjustment rather than a shake-up.

And yet the war and the drafts continued. I remember because I faced two drafts after 1973.
Should advertisers be acting differently in light of the latest figures on marketing to women?
To turn the question on it’s side, Let me pose two other questions.
What ads or commercials really draw your attention?
Have any ads or commercials actually influenced your spending?
Liz Smith Has Been the 'Man of the House' for Years
It works the other way too, Liz. At least it used to. Before the do-not-call list, I used to get calls for the “lady of the house”, or “the wife”. They wouldn’t even talk to me. Click. I wasn’t even married at the time, but some even went so far as to claim they had talked to “her”, or was calling back, or some other lie. Eventually, I got a bit surly about the calls. Funny how they would not leave a phone number when I started offering to take a message.
