What is real, authentic and true in my life is far beyond physical evidence, and always related to individuals that do what is beyond their personal interest because it is the right thing. Authentic is also about human beings that recognize how to promote human values despite hardship, particularly when the battle becomes that of and no more. True is when those that are in power risk even themselves to save those that need to be saved, that trumps all.

The issue for women is that no matter what day or age we are in, they are never on neutral ground. Everything is an issue and everything is a battle. The relevance is to stop fighting and break the cycle of never ending wars, just be, and take a breath. The accusation of attempting to take a breath is the best compliment any woman could ever get. Otherwise Feminism becomes similar to what religion is to politics, a weapon that can be used by anyone anytime, which turns into a battle and dissolves who we are as individuals.

It is so easy to answer this one by simply looking back on 2008 and following the trail, but at this point a funny Lebanese comedy show did a very good sketch once, and the prediction was ” an ant will be crushed, a wave will hit the shore, the sun will come out tomorrow, and it will rain this winter, someone, somewhere will be bitten by a mosquitoe, a tree will be planted, etc…

I never forget the wonders I had and experienced, and never run out of wonders I want to pursue, in other words and no matter what, I believe, I just have to believe in someone, something, somewhere, otherwise it is all meaningless.

What I know for sure is that I have so much to learn, the most important thing about it is I know who I want to learn it from, that is the part that was missing through adolescence. The fact that I realize the need to continue to learn is my amazement in life and with life, but the most significant element is I have tutors that are beyond Zen, Confuscious, and Oscar Wilde. They are tutors that border on reality more than the philosophical, they teach how to accept difficulty when life is nothing but, they teach how to master yourself when politics is all about losing yourself. I have a lot to learn and am humbled by my tutors…

Ask what unites women, not what separates them. The search for the petty will always give petty results, however, the search for the issue will bring humanity together. That is why I refuse to look into what makes women hate women or what makes men hate men, because the answer will always be something that distracts from the actual debate and issue. Women of subtance are acknowledged and credited internationally for their work, that is enough for every woman in the world to take pride in and inspiration from. They are the ones that are if lucky are in an environment that supports, promotes and allows them to be whole and productive in a manner that they know how. They are the ones that are able to, despite all distraction and petty around them, to be what they are. These women are far and few for a reason.

Marriage is a core piece in the overall social development trends, it like all other related aspects is evolving, but the fact remains that matrimony is the symbol of two individuals declaring their loyalty, respect, and understanding of each other,and for each other. The insitution goes further by establishing the specific emotional elements emanating from that sole belief and superior level of uniqueness of the couple.
