The affair is not the issue. The issue is whether Senator Clinton is a good judge of charracter or not, and the attempt by dragging her into this is to destroy that notion, which is unfair to herr. Second, If Edwards did lie then forgive me and no insult intended here, but then that would only mean he is an imbecille because as a politician especially in the US nothing is a secret, luckily. Everything is at one point or another made public. Threrefore, if he did lie then that only means he does not have any idea what it means to be a politician in the States, which is a question for his history and background to prove. The attempts at destroying US politicians is not a new one, so the verdict is either he is a powerful politician sought out by animosity in order to guarantee that this is where his political career ends, or…Thank God for the pros and cons of the checks and balances in the US political system, otherwise this could have ended the way matters usually end in the third world, by killing John Edwards physically to guaratnee that the story dies with him. Do we really want that to be the last thought aout this country?! As an observer of US politics all I can say is once you start the cycle of cover-ups, matters only get worse even if physical eliminations are achieved!

This barbaric practice is one of the manifestations of some forms of violence some women are subjected to in some parts of the world. The most important aspect of this issue is that, similar to all women’s rights issues, cannot and should not be left to the assumption that the problem is solved once the official agreements are signed. What is required is a monitoring and evaluation system that safeguards the various factors related to this issue: 1. Raising awareness; 2. Eswtablishing a mechanism that abolishes the whole practice; 3. Raising literacy levels; 4. Providing cultural economic means that empower women; 5. Monitoring the abolishment of the practice; 6. Evaluation of the mechanism established to that effect on a continuous and systematic basis.

The beauty of imperfection. There is nothing more beautiful than what an artist sees and convinces others of, meaning that the issue is compounded by so many layers of brainwashing! Thank God for artists, Renoirs, etc…

I find it quite surprising that the “women Issue” is brought, at times, into a U.S. politcal debate in what seems to be artificial. The same matter was used when Senator Clinton was running for President. Why ? The candidate should be selected solely for their capacity to fulfill their required duties regardless of any other factor. Choosing a candidate for their gender, or any similar criteria, will only lead to crucifying that candidate twice: once because they may not be qualified in the first place, which would only cause embarrassment for all those involved in the selecction and not jusst the candidte; second because when the candidate fails, and they will if that is the only criterion they were selwected for in the firtst place, they will be accused of failing because of their gender!

I have not heard of the planet “Good guys only “yet, once I do only then will I ask the question.

My wishes are always the best and only the best for every decent human being, but, I have one ccomment, why is the Senator’s birthday being commercialized? If Senator Obama does become President then I think very much must be acchieved before he personally can celebrate anything, not because he does not have the basic right to that, but as President of the U.S. his burden in putting so many issues on their right track and rectifying many U.S. erroneous actions, will require so much before anyone will actually be able to congratulate an American for anything let alone the President himself.

The American system encourages the pattern of thought that it is open and embraces anything anywhere anytime…Therefore, Paris Hilton is just a manifestation of that principle, whether it happens or not is up to once again, the American system and how it re-defines itself .

The question is relative because psychology is cultural, therefore, therapy for some issues in some cultures is irrelevant until the issue is well-defined.
