as my reply to f.p., i feel there is a ‘gray-area’ after 3 months—-an ethical one—-i Do Not feel R vs. W should be repealed—-yet i feel ‘late-term’ abortion via dismemberment of a sentient human, save-special—circumstance, rather barbaric, vs. adoption. my only niece is a grad-nurse, obstetrics and ‘preemies’—-from experience she no longer participates in late-term abortions, as by that point, the ‘abortee’ is clearly conscience and displays obvious signs of pain and distress. in consideration that we have many couples, who may never conceive, and even pay for a woman’s unwanted child—-what to do?
