Bonnie,as a gramma, I ache over the fact that Obama’s Toot did not live to see her ‘Bear’ become the President-elect. He truly seemed to love her and I take umbridge at the comment that he ‘slandered her at the beginning of his campaign.’ Exactly what are you referring to and what was the context ? Or is this a bit of slander on your part ?

Spa Moi……….re: walmart………i was in walmart this week looking for hanukkah and christmas placemats……..i asked the clerk where they were….she smiled and said they do not have much of a selection of hanukkah items (we are in a predominently Jewish area) and she told me she is afraid to let her co-workers know that she is Jewish for fear of reprisal (i’m assuming loss of job) so she keeps it secret…..i looked at her in disbelief but she insisted she was afraid to let it be known…. spa moi, i am with you

why is he holed up in his penthouse……why isn’t he in some small cell……he is out on bail with other people’s money………people, charities, hospitals, research centers……….all scammed……all gone……greed beyond gordon gecko’s “greed is good” motto in “wall street”………. was this movie an inkling of what was to come…….this man deserves no mercy………personally, i keep checking my retirement fund and am grateful that it is still solvent…i feel as if we are spinning out of control……..i pray for obama’s wisdom and ability to get us out of this mess………altho i know it won’t be painless….i hurt for this world

it is one of those exams that i need support because i am so nervous………..so my daughter and i go together every year to a wonderfully gentle sparkllng eyed radiologist who does not take our insurance but is well worth the expense…….he is getting on in age and i rue the day that he retires and i have to try to replace the irreplaceable……….change is hard when you totally trust your physician.

.NEVER, and when i go to the dr., i step on the scale backwards……LOL….i vary between an 8 and 10 ………i am now filling out my 10’s quite well thank you….i am not as crazed as i used to be..(altho truth be told i would like to be back in my 8’s……..oh well, it is what it is.)…… the bigger picture is that i am healthy and able to enjoy myself……anyway, as one ages a bit of ‘fat’ fills out the wrinkles , so they say !

Sean Penn? Heath Ledger? What about Frank Langella ? If the movie is as good as the trailer, Langella has channeled Nixon……….Langella is Nixon ! Saw him being interviewed by Charlie Rose….he did his homewwork and then some. It is going to be a difficult year for the academy with such an array of choices. But then again, they ALL winners.
