The right wingers are so far right that they don’t recoignize that President Obama is not a leftist.    President Obama has incurred the rath of the left because he is too centrist.   He has given bi-partisanship a trial much to his detriment.  

The Republican plan is to stop health care reform as they tried stop Medicare and Social Security.  There plan is to attack the democratic plan.  Some Republicans have given input and then they vote against it..

My farther also was a  decorated World WAR II veteran and my brother served in Vietnam and I also served in the Military.  I am sure that you understood my statement about the President Obama and the  Purple Heart  was said in jest and I can still do that because we still have the freedom of speech.  He is however under attack from some of the American people such as you .  I wish you educate your self to the meaning of socialism and a clear understanding of how we reached the current levels of deficit.

My view is that we spend money on other countries in humanitarian aid lets spend some on ourselves.  Lets pass health care reform.

The bail outs had to be but should have had more strings attached. 

President Obama is leading the country in the right direction.  

Next thing the right wing will be looking for is what charity will get a donation from the President so they can go and attack these charities.  Maybe send out the film crew again.

Deber,  Your post proved my point much better than I did.  You don’t need to tell someone what you have done for them.  Hypocrisy abounds- people praise the troops and but vote against bills that would improve the lives of the troops. 

All countries share the same world and as such must get along.  We are sending our most precious assets, our young men an women into war.  We can not continue to do this unless it is absolutely necessary for our safety and some scheme to support economic greed.

We need not be boastful or harbor false pride while sacrificing not only   the lives of our young men and women but the lives of others around the world.

Liz Peek and others are preoccupied with failure for Obama but maybe she can keep the other side on their does and press us to educate ourselves.  We then discover she is full of bull.

Patty,  Thank you for your research.   I keep hearing about the dollar falling and future inflation.  I don’t know why we cling to things that obvioulsly don’t work.

When we vistit other countries where the middle class is almost non existent it is a sobering reminder are what made this
Country so great.   We are loosing the middle class in this country and I don’t think many people especially conservatives realize what that means for the country as a whole.

Frank,   After 9 months -  considering the mess he took over-  thinks are going great.    Our standing in the world has improved. 

What right wingers called the "apology tour" was a diplomacy tour seeking international peace.   Right wing diplomacy goes like this "it is my way or the highway"   "YOu better do as I say  are we will kick your butt".    "We will change the name of "french fries" we will call them "freedom fries"

You may not want to argue are discuss the issue but President Obama did not lie when he said illegal immigrants were not includied in the bill.  Addiding proof of citizenship is just an additional requirement and if makes the right wing happy and will get the bill passed great.

President Obama obviously does not govern based on public opinion because you don’t approve of anything he has done. 

Liz Peek-  You have every right to be bitter but is it really President Obama’s fault ?   Is he standing in the way of you getting back to the lifestyle of the rich and famous ?  I mean all those consumer bills and banking regualtions are just so pesky.  If the birthers are not sucessful you have 3 moe years. 

By the way the SNL skit can be looked at several ways.  I am a liberal I think President Obama is doing an okay job.  I thought the skit was hilarious but for different reasons than you.
