To calm down, I reach for that place inside where I give all things up to God. Then I try to stay out of the way! When it comes to medical Emergencies, I just go automatically to this calm and focused place that allows me to respond in appropriate measures. I tend to have my cry latter in a hot tub. Then it is back to Faith.
