Liz, Sounds as if Shelley Ackerman is saying Palin is a “Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing.” I can not imagine how difficult the idea of Palin in the Whithouse is for Hillary Clinton. I think she must be speechless…I doubt that the speechlessness will last, her passion to remove the Republicans from The White House will kick in. I am sure that she does not want her supporters voting for her polar opposite. WoW! Has it not been nice not to have Britney Spears the focus of The Mass Media of late. I am glad to see that even with all that has gone on in her young life, she can still recreate herself into a positive light.

Giving kids ,actually mine got those card requirement before they graduated High School is just another symptom of what the Government wants…We call it Government Cheese! In debt working just to pay minimum payments. So that you have to work for wages that just keep you a float to pay the bills. Look at all the adds to lend money. I remember when a loan was a rare thing, not the everyday norm. But people need to think…Why would it be so easy to obtain, why “GIFTS” and lures to borrow…Their is money to be made off of credit! BIG MONEY…We do need to get some basic values back…Do not be a borrower, live within your means, want more than save, work for it , strive to do better. Nothing is free but Unconditional Love. I have never had a credit card and I instilled that in my children. Yo! Who likes bills, the less bills, the less stress. Our schools should teach basic Living skills, such as what interest rates really mean. But frankly no more laws…People need to start thinking , not being Cheese that depend on adds on how to live…

WowOWow! That’s a great expletive for this political folly that now faces us. I was very offended that John McCain thought that women would vote for someone just because they are a woman. That was the last I heard about Palin until today. I live in the New Orleans area and Gustav with the help of our power company set our home on fire. Needless to say we just have gotten power and cable service back. I was shocked that the polls and or media are saying that white middle class women are voting for the Republican ticket because of Palin. ( Note we refer to the tickets by candidate’s last names until now… If you believe in equal rights for all then your treatment as a woman in politics should be no different than that of a man running for office.) I truly am at lost as to how this person holds any office in our country, much less is on the ticket for President. The foundation of this country, a crucial notion is SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE. Freedom for All not the select few. That is what makes us far from perfect, but the best constitution so far. As well I have a serious objection to any thought pattern that believes that God has Human Wars as an objective. I pray that God forgives us these atrocities. I wonder what Ten Commandments or Teachings of Jesus that this Christian, has been brought to believe in. And although it is not a outwardly thing to talk about, Race is playing a part in this current election. Not that it should. Race, creed or gender should have nothing to do with how we choose our leaders. Their vision for the People of our country. As well, the position the United States plays in the world, those visions need to be taken into account as well. I won’t even go into all the other differences that I personally have with Palin for the whole point is that we are free to have individual thoughts and beliefs.
