No one has earned the right to be “dropped” into the top layers of politics without earning it. There must be a few qualified democrats that have been working their way up.

It’s so much easier to deal with children when they are short and identifiable. I hope they learn from the Clinton response. It’s how the grownips behave.

And yet… if his mother had been unmarried… and the father not declared on the birth certificate… everything would be fine ?

Another example of the thousands that work behind the scenes, without all the attention required by the “leaders”. This should always be the story.

I appreciate the desire to sieze the moment however, it appears that the state of Alaska can run itself… so much for “executive experience”. Is this person ever going to go back to Alaska and at least pretend to play Governor ?

Well it looks like there’s a little Republican future support. Anything to stay out of the spotlight for awhile.

And as usual… three of the items are the hair-laugh-pantsuits which all men get to have listed on their “obstacles” listings. Their have, of course, been a few wives listed previously so welcome to the “group” Bill.

Another person-group seeking their 15 minutes of fame. Desperation. Isn’t it interesting that this is the President-Elect that they wish to question. The press needs to stop giving them valuable new time.

I don’t believe she will be names, and is not interested in general politics. At any rate, we really need a few more names besides, Kennedy, Bush, Clinton etc. in politics at this time. Didn’t we fight a revolution to get away from “royalty” and “next in succession” ideas ? There really are a significant number of smart people to choose from for this.

No… but she didn’t hurt him as much as she did as a VP candidate. It’s a Republican, bible belt , and historically a racially driven state. The run-off was two party only… so the Republican party needs to study why they are losing voters over-all and couldn’t get 50% with more candidates originally in the running.

Personally I’m glad he’s out again. The comment to Palin appears to have multiple aspects. He does have alot of experience to draw on and I personally would like the Vice President to be utilized better than in the past. The party of “inclusion” needs to recognize/utilize all members of the “team”

They won’t “officially” touch any aspect except her qualifications so this is basically an excellent choice… again.

I’ve never shopped on that Friday. Of course I also seemed to have missed the “shopping gene” in general and prefer to only shop online.

It’s not the “faces”… it’s the “policies”

Hopefully the new administration will deflate the news cycles with the stories posted on the websites to make them more transparent. It’s going to take alot longer than eight months to make a dent in these problems. The 24/7 news cycles are probably contributing to the “fear” associated with the economic crisis. People are just need to turn some of it off or we’ll have a deeper epidemic of depression which will only further complicate the problem.
