Limbaugh Researching Past Powell Endorsements for Any 'Inexperienced, Very Liberal, White Candidates'

Limbaugh only reaches a certain group… which is why change is so important and threatening to their viewpoint. Sean Hannity at Fox News however appears to be ready to take over when Limbaugh passes. It appears that the viewpoints will continue into yet another generation.

Liz Smith's Weighty Recommendation

The knowledge is all that’s important and needs to be shared with as many as possible. The internet permits that and it also saves the trees. An online library reference with fee would be great.

What factor, honestly, decides your vote on election day?

All of the above. A “we” instead of “me” attitude that’s backed up by policy recommendations. Anyone that doesn’t understand that everyone will sacrifice in the next few years is foolish. Perhaps the “religion” that everyone needs to focus on is that our responsibility is to work together to take care of the earth (make it more like “heaven” ) just in case it’s all we get… or if you believe in a divine being that has to see how intolerant and divisive we’ve become within our country and the world. We haven’t been “leading” for awhile. Let’s all become a little more informed… (ignore the pundits) a little less dependent on others… and perhaps more independent.

What do you think of healthcare coverage in the United States?

The only way to lower premiums and eliminate pre-existing limitations is to expand (greatly) the risk pool for the insurance companies. That means that literally everyone must be covered and share in costs. All employers and employees need to assist with premium costs Medicaid must be eliminated. Medicare and all special plans, such as the child coverages in many states could also be eliminated. Save administrative costs so that doctors and hospitals can lower costs At present the hospitals, through their emergency rooms, are going broke because so many can’t, and often just won’t, pay medical bills. Property taxes go up to help the community hospitals from closing. Most treatment must be given via a doctors office… not the ER Perhaps an HMO type where patients elect a local doctor and the doctor receives a monthly fee. It’s becoming more difficult to find doctors that will take any medical plan due to reimbursement levels, especially medicaid and increasingly medicare One last thing must include education for the citizens. It is truly amazing what they consider to be an emergency. If they are not required to make at least a co-pay, they will continue to go to ER’s with colds that still cannot be cured.

Sarah Palin to Make 'Saturday Night Live' Appearance UPDATE: Live Reader Forum

And so it behins… the backup job that she would really like to have. Huckabee has a new show on Fox… so why not…

'Joe the Plumber': I'm No Matt Damon (Video)

He seems to be a proud man that works for a living, thinks everyone should. His stand on social security was interesting… he said that he can take care of his parents and I’m sure that’s true however, if something happens to him they would be on their own. Many of us have managed to have some savings however, with costs over the last 10 years, it is not enough to ever retire. I don’t mind waiting until age 70 to do it but I’d prefer not to need a part time job after age 70 working for the CEO that got a golden parachute.

Tennessee Baby Named 'Sarah McCain Palin'

It’s often interesting to see who women select to father their children…

Will We See More Sparks Fly at Tonight's Presidential Debate?

The 24/7 news cycles have made this election another game and the whole process needs to be much…much… shorter. It’s more boring because you see how often the same stump speeches are repeated. Politicians must get terribly bored… no wonder they make so many errors. Senator McCain cares too much about his “honorable” image to get as nasty as he would need to get to make his supporters happy. How he handles tonight will be his image in history. I think he’ll try to stay with issues.

Hillary Says 'Zero' Chance for Another Run for President (Video)

Senator… keep them honest… and thanks for everything you accomplished.

Monica Crowley: There's a Fine Line Between 'Maverick' and 'Ass'

Reality check again…the “Acorn” situation is voter “registration”… not votes. Take a deep breath everyone. The action of Senator McCain, when he had a reality check with those attending his rally’s, reminded me of the McCain I wanted in 2000. He would have been the much better pick at that time… certainly better than Bush… but the Republicans fell for the hype and look where we are now. The candidates have their time and for Senator McCain, that was 2000. He is not the correct match for today…at this time… for the country.

Will you watch the final presidential debate tonight?

If less people report viewing… perhaps the “issues” discussed in the last few weeks might be of more importance.

Sarah Palin's Future Son-in-Law Talks About Being a Teenage Dad

He’s dropping out of high school to work in the oil fields. Another casualty of the “abstinence only” creed. When will parents ever get a realty check ??

A Post-Election Talk-Show Future for Sarah Palin? A Right-Wing Oprah? A Velveeta Martha?

Everything she does is a husband and wife activity… or does Todd really run the show… They could be a Sean Hannity like team with the pretense of allowing those they disagree with have a chance to explain their positions. You know, where Sean gets “doe-eyed” and sighs if he likes them and won’t allow them to complete a sentence when he doesn’t agree. The Fox “Fair & Equal” policy in action.

A Sarah Palin-Hillary Clinton Catfight? Liz Smith Explains on FOX News (Video)

Sarah Palin will receive an offer for a conservative TV show, and she loves the attention, she’ll accept. There will be a “noble” reason such as a platform of “strait-talk” to the base She will complete her term as Governor of Alaska first, because she really thinks that she can be the first woman President, so she won’t close that option by leaving mid-term. Fox Channel loves her !!

Sarah Palin and Princess Diana - Distant Cousins

Isn’t it amazing that no one seems to have just “regular people” in their past ?
