I’ve watched the show for a while now and the earlier showswere charming.  But, now they needto STOP and live as close to a normal life.  Surely, they’ve earned enough (@ $75,000 an episode) to havea nice little nest egg, and live in a modest (albeit large) home.  Unfortunately once money (and fame) takeshold, there is never enough.  Hopefully they have the strength to say NO and save theirfamily and their marriage.

Re Ltr #2  —  I’ve been in a similar situation, my family never made a bigdeal out of all the milestones.  Ithink they wish they could turn back the clock, but unfortunately now they don’tknow how. Entertaining for my Mom causes much stress because she never didit.  The few family get-togethersare awkward since we don’t have any history. But we do feel the love, supportand pride.  But if someone elsewere to throw me a party, my parents would be mortified and embarrassed.  Perhaps the writer is being thoughtfulof her family’s feelings.
