Wow, those are all great commercials! Except for the E-Trade Baby…he creeps me out. We have given up cable tv and you know I think I miss the commercials more than anything. When I was a child I loved the Christmas commercial for a mans electric razor that a cartoon Santa rode like a sled and of course “Plop, Plop, Fizz, Fizz!”

I try to remain positive and step up the good deeds. That always makes me feel better and reminds me that things are alot worse for others.

I find it very interesting and a little disturbing what the media thinks should be of interest to the general public. I have not consulted the Obama’s on where to enroll my daughter in college and am not surprised that they haven’t asked for my thoughts on what school to enroll their girls. We are entrusting this man to lead our country. Shouldn’t we give him enough credit to find a suitable school for his children and pick a family pet?

I think men get better with age. When they are young we are more mature than they are. My daughter says, “Why do they all act like they are 8 years old?” I hesitate to tell her that they will be this way until they are 35 - 40. That seems to be the golden age. I hope she can wait that long. I know I am generalizing but that 50 year old man across the breakfast table from me is much more appealing than that 30 year old was, even after all these years.
