Very well put. The ex fiance is in the military and was allegedly cheating on her. Hence the broken engagement. Ex fiance went on to become engaged with yet another woman within several months of the breakup and cheated on that woman as well. Hence yet another failed engagement and that woman kept the ring too. The ex fiance demanded a police report be taken and it was. It was sent to the district attorney’s office and they rejected the case. Go figure. It’s clearly a civil matter. If he wanted to get the ring back he should have taken her to small claims court. Unfortunately, some people are extremely vindictive and push matters as far as they can. Rumor has it that he plans on filing a police report on the 2nd woman that kept yet a 2nd engagement ring. I wonder if I can meet this guy and get a pretty diamond to keep????
