Lily Tomlin and wOw Wish You a Happy Mother's Day!

lily and jane rock! when is the gallery opening? i had a tough year but i want to see the gallery when it’s up and running and i’ll definitely be needing some sunshine in the next 12 months. i might bring my friend catherine with me. i know 2009 is going to be brilliant for alot of people. today is my best day and i’m starting from where i am now. it’s a rainy day in dublin ireland…. i can’t be the only irish woman on this site!!!!!

Weigh in: What do you think of Oprah's brave revelation that her weight has gone up to 200 pounds?

It’s 10:47 a.m. in Dublin , Ireland. I think Oprah is a wondeful person regardless of her size. My own Mother is “healthy looking” as i like to say but I do worry about her health because I’d like her to be around for a long time especially now that my Dad’s just retired! He’s helping her by encouraging her to go on long walks and eat well. I think my mother’s weight issue is very emotionally based.

Openly Gay Mary Beth Maxwell To Head Labor Team?

hmmm church and state issues have always been a big issue in ireland…… the winds of change are being felt very strongly……did you know that 100,000 left ireland in one day about two weeks ago….!!!! i feel though i am in hospital that things will be great next year… my film quote of the week is “we are your yankee doodle dandy come home” and it seems like that we’ll be having alot more gay or “gay friendly” bars in rural towns. there’s one already opened in kilkenny city where my sister and her husband and kids live. they are waiting for me to visit so they can check it out!!!! i keep calling them chickens. in dublin the panti bar is doing great cabaret thanks to miss panti and is now the hottest spot in town! my musical quote of the week is “you can’t fool the children of the revolution!”
