Wow Mary what a great insight! So many great women here with great strengths to share. I was brought up by a strong woman who always said, ” You can do whatever you set your mind to” she is right. There is nothing we can’t do when we believe in us and each other, and stay strong, and share. I’ve been divorced for a long time and was in the corporate world for awhile before I started Client Connector a business of my own! “Fear is not an option” for me either. But SSSsssshhhhh sometimes……I have it. lol My mom was and still is a strong support for me. She continues to show me her strength and teaches me that sometimes life throws us curve balls, but it’s how we re-act to them that makes us who we are. Mom has been battling terminal colon cancer this past year, and through it all she has remained strong, knowing we only have what time God has planned, so we might as well make the best of it. She has been given just a few more months if that. I can’t change what is happening and is going to happen with regards to my mom, but I know I can be strong, and know that I will be ok. What a great story this was! Thank you!!

I’ve gotten a lot of insight with Mars & Venus on a Date, and their site is helpful also. Should we….shouldn’t we? Sometimes it just feels like a game, but then I know that the male species is so totally different than us, that we have ( they do to ) to learn how to speak their language. lol Good luck to all of us!

I just recently met someone and have had the same thing happen, wow what a rush! We have hit it off, and laughed more than I ever had with someone. Time will tell, but I’m having a blast! Maybe in 9 years I’ll let you know how we are……….thanks for your message.

I love high heels to a point…… I feel more dressed up in them, more feminine, and just carry myself with more confidence. Mine are only 2-3 inches, not the high rise ones I saw Catherine Zeta Jones just wore! OMG they looked so painful just standing there. I can’t imagine what their feet look like. I make sure to not wear them every day so that my feet do get a rest, I feel that is very important. The last thing I want to do or have anyone else do is to look down and see not so nice feet in those pretty shoes! I love heels!

LOL I am in so many of your notes! I find myself listening to the TV while dosing off to sleep, not sure why it relaxes me, but I have found that I truly need it to fall asleep initially. My friend who is a psychiatrist says that it is because of ADD, well I don’t always believe everything he says….lol Not that I have found a lot to watch on TV but fall asleep to Nancy Grace, or what comes on after…….. I’ve enjoyed finding this new site!
