‘classic’ books, eh….i consider most/not all books that are NOT romance novels to be ‘classic’…i read ‘20,000 leagues under the sea’ when i was 8, and have been at it ever since..as a texan, i am particular to ‘giant’..love ‘gone with the wind’…’jane eyre’ when i was a kid, and ‘several’ times since…give me a good book and a quiet place to read and i’m happy….

frank…you might as well give up…im not a ‘man hater’ per se…just see the world thru female eyes…dont have a clue as to how to see it thru ‘male’ eyes, and quite frankly dont want to…thanx…………………..

frank..first of all you shouldnt compare second rate to really great..e.g. obama to MLK…secondly no telling how many hours he has spent in front of a mirror practicing those ‘cadences’ so he might impress someone…the ‘power’ of his voice doesnt hold me…he’s just lame….

diana..hate to say this, but it doesnt/never has taken a whole lot to ‘pique’ the interest of europeans…personally i dont find them very interested in politics for politics sake..just kind of go with whichever way the wind blows on a particular day….yes, george smirks and swaggers…just signs of a ‘little’ man who thinks he’s making an impression..i hate that smirk…looks like a kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar…george looks like a chicken…tony blair looks like a rat…does that say anything about the two of them???

diana and frank..first of all, ovbiously NEITHER has ever been our ‘fearless leader’..frank..you must be the only male exception on the planet….

this summer, last summer, the summer i was 10/11…my FAVORITE is still GONE WITH THE WIND…then, the sequel, SCARLETT( a MUST read), then, GIANT (because i LOVE all things TEXAN)…i have been reading since i was about 7..read 20000 leagues under the sea when i was 8 or 9…i would much rather read than watch movies, tv, etc…
