Edith Ann….when I was little, my big brother used to torment me by telling me that I didn’t have as many friends as he did. It made me feel a tiny bit lonely and small. Later on, I learned that acquaintances are different than friends. I have tons of acquaintances, but a small, treasured circle of friends….it’s like a saying I heard…”friends are family you choose for yourself.” I hope you can make the distinction for yourself.
