Well Mrs. Nancy - we’re both old enough to remember the Nuremberg War Crimes Trials and the way I recall it is that there was no explanation or excuse that was acceptable to the United States - the country heading up these trials. Sooooooo Mrs. Nancy ‘Dear’ your explanation is really, really lame. As a victorious power, it was easy for the United States to assume a self-rightous stance in 1948 - I find it gratifying to see this holier than thou attitude come back to bite us in the ass. We obviously don’t like it - but we can do something about it and also begin to reclaim our respectablity on the world stage. I wonder if we will.

Saw you on CNN this morning with Howard Kurtz - Tina Brown made some comments at a presentation she did up here in Buffalo a few months ago that relate to your comments on gossip. Roughly quoting Tina Brown: "Today everybody’s famous, but no one’s interesting." Also - she limited the no. of currently famous/interesting people to about 10 - that’s all we can handle at any given time. Your reaction?
