Ohio federal court was investigating alleged voter fraud in the 2004 election earlier this year, but the mainstream media failed to report on it. Despite exit polls showing a lead by Democratic nominee John Kerry of more than 4%—Mr. Bush won the State’s vote by2.5%. In Frankin County Ohio, Mr. Bush received 4,238 votes—in a precinct where only 638 voters cast ballots. Questions were raised about how votes from Ohio were tabulated. A Republican computer expert testified the Ohio election returns he saw were indicative of a “King Pin Attack” in which a computer is inserted into the communications flow of an IT system with the intent to change data as it passes to its destination. It was learned that Ohio Sec of State Kenneth Blackwell’s office routed internet traffic from county election offices through out of state servers based at SMARTech in Chattanooga, Tenn.. SMARTech hosts dozens of GOP web domains.

Cynthia, Bush could not pardon himself, nor anyone else, if they had been impeached by Congress & found guilty. He would be removed from office & be carrying out his punishment along with the other criminals. Congress has been trying to investigate Bush & Cheney in the oversight capacity that the Constitution gives them, since all 3 branches are supposed to be equal —the system of checks & balances—but Bush & Cheney have been just refusing to produce the documents that are requested—-Cheney even erased all his White House emails over a 3 or 4 year period so they could not read what he had to say to Gonzales & others re the firing of those 7 US Attorneys—-AND Cheney erased his emails AFTER specifically being ordered NOT to do so!. If they had been impeached, they could NOT refuse anything requested & they would testify under oath—so that if they are caught lying— they go to jail. All of these inquiries that have been done on these two don’t really count because they were not under oath & so can’t be held liable for their testimony. In fact, there has been an ongoing case against Cheney over this very thing in a court of law—which the mainstream media do not report to us on. Right before election day, Mike Connell, who is—or I should say was— Karl Rove’s IT guru, was deposed by the attorneys & told them things that would nail Cheney. He had set up Cheney & Rove’s computers & knew a lot—about election fraud & more.. He & his family said Karl Rove wanted him to “take the fall” for it all & threatened his life if he didn’t—he asked for protection from Mukasey but didn’t get any. Well, this Mike Connell got dead a week or so ago. His plane went down mysteriously. Again, the mainstream media did not report it. FYI Henley, they DID predict Obama would win—with the caveat that it may be that people only SAID they’d vote for Obama so no one would know they were “racist”, but then they actually would NOT vote for him. But that didn’t happen—in fact I heard the oppoiste. That people said they’d vote for McCain, but they really voted for Obama. Obama had more money to spend because more people & corporations backed him. Its not bad to have more money—it shows you’re successful. Other countries use paper ballots & count them by hand & it works well & is cheap. Every precinct has volunteers & election judges—it is relatively easy to get an accurate count—-plus, the ballots are all still there for the recount if needed. The only problem left is making sure they don’t shred the absentee ballots if they are not in favor of a certain candidate.They do that all the time too since no one will ever know they didn’t count it. They also throw away certain voter registration cards so the new voters don’t know til they show up on election day that there was a “snafu” & hey-they can’t vote. They should vote on a saturday or sunday like they do in other countries to make it easier to get to the polls too..

Cindy Sheehan’s website says the boat McKinney is on has 15 other civilians on it from 11 countries—US, Germany, Iraq, Ireland, Cypress, Sudan, Joudan, Australia, UK & Greece, Tunisia & I forgot one. They had their boat’s contents inspected in Cypress before they left to search for anything that was not humanitarian in nature. It was clean. She said at least 6 Israeli boats surrounded theirs— IN INTERNATIONAL waters—not in Israel’s space—& one of the Israeli boats purposely RAMMED them when they tried to maneuver around the Israeli blockade to get through. Their captain has 25 yrs experience & has been to Gaza twice before. That is not Israel’s right to block a humanitarian boat in international waters—it’s against maritime law. But Israel will not allow reporters into Gaza—like they have that right, they don’t—so maybe the one reporter on board scares them because he will show the truth, There is one CNN reporter on board to report what really happened—I bet you still won’t see his report on mainstream US news! Remember what Israel did to the USS LIberty? They did almost the same thing—they rammned our ship & when our boys got off into life boats because it was sinking—they mowed them down with machine guns! I believe it was 22 of our boys that were killed. Remember the USS LIberty!

You didn’t respond to me, Lady. I decided to respond to your post in praise of Jeb Bush. The subject of Jeb Bush is not dead. The Republicans are thinking of running him for pres. It’s unbelievable that any American who is conscious does not care that Bush stole the presidency & thus robbed most Americans of their civil right to vote for their president & have their vote counted. It’s un-American & twisted to want it swept under the rug. After all, Lady, many of our soldiers have given their lives, the ultimate sacrifice, in many a war just to secure our rights in this country—the same rights that George & Jeb Bush trashed! Don’t ever be flippant about our rights in this country again. “Opposing views” my ass. If we do not insist upon getting the rights guaranteed to us by our Constitution in every situation, especially blatant breaches like the crap Jeb & George pulled on America, we don’t deserve to be called Americans nor keep those rights. I agree with Diana. The Democrats are too corrupt themselves to impeach. Washington is actually just one big lawless, rip-off-the-taxpayer, cabal of criminals. And nothing citizens have done so far nor can do will stop them—we’re powerless. They don’t pass laws we want—they pass laws corporations want. Our reps don’t even appear in public anymore—they have town hall meetings on the phone, where you’re allowed to ask their highnesses one question with no follow-up. Well, any politician worth his salt can blow off one question without actually answering it. It’s the follow up questions that nail them in their lies & force them to answer the question. All you get from politicians is a form letter saying blah blah blah—NO. Once in a while a phone call from one of their interns saying blah blah blah—NO Or you see them on TV in a sound bite, spreading some propaganda or other with absolutely no questions from reporters. That’s it. The rest of the time, they’re with lobbyists. They’re making laws for lobbyists & getting stuff from lobbyists. You say well vote them out? How? On these unreliable, crappy electronic voting machines they’ve managed to cram down our throats?—& at great expense to our counties, I might add. (The politicians always figure out a way to transfer public money to their friends in each & every situation & electronic voting machines were no exception. Imagine—plrivate companies count all our votes now. It’s ridiculous) We are whipped, folks. Entirely & totally. The only thing our criminals in govt are concerned about now is to keep the idea that we still have a real democracy alive—by making the right noises & saying the right things—so they don’t get a revolt on their hands.

Yes, Lady Gator. Jeb Bush is a great, great man, a hero. It was just a weird co-inky-dink that it was Florida, the state that George Bush’s brother Jeb governed, that suddenly had such a big problem with counting their votes that it ended up having to stop the re-count, just as George was down to only 325 votes in his favor—so that the Supreme Court could unlawfully declare George president—-by one vote in favor on the Supreme Court. Constitutional scholars say it was unlawful for the Supreme Court to have had any say at all in stopping Florida’s re-count because each state’s highest court, by law, has total & complete jurisdiction over their own elections & by law the federal govt cannot interfere. And Florida’s highest court had ordered a re-count. If the federal govt could just step in to any state election & make it come out THEIR way—we would not have democracy. Oh yea, I forgot, that is exactly what they did. We don’t have democracy.

Republicans are still stinging from the way Obama smoked em—this is their little impotent, sissy slap in the face to Obama. Rove thought all his finagling with votes would work but Obama had so many, many votes that even Rove’s cheating couldn’t stop Obama from winnning. They couldn’t get away with just rigging the election this time so their Repub candidate wins by 1% of the vote again, because Obama was so far ahead of McCain—leading by 7 or 8 percentage points. That type of cheating only works if the candidates are close in the polls. Although the Repubs busted their guts (like on Hannity etc) trying to convince people McCain was close to Obama in the polls right before the election—knowing it was a lie. And the election proved it WAS a lie. We MUST get rid of these electronic voting machines—experts the world over all say they can be easily rigged. We can save a heck of a lot of money by just using paper ballots & hand counting them with observers watching the process. That’s the only way to guarantee every vote is counted properly.
