Well, there is the obvious. Kennedys running for President or actually becoming President in our country has shown to be very dangerous. Of course, I would like to think that we live in a different world now but all it takes is one nut to get through the security lines and it could be history repeating itself. If I were Caroline, I would certainly take all of this into consideration before putting herself out there. In a way, it could already be seen in her silence with the public.

I guess making fun of yourself would actually be funny if we knew that her persona is a mere façade but in Hilton’s case: ‘what you see is what you get’. Just how big were those cue cards ??

At 64, Elizabeth Taylor looked 30. Then her hips gave up but she slid rather abruptly into old age and she is still going strong. She never skipped a beat. I believe that the quality of one’s own life shines through via growing older, when all of the external defenses are down. You can usually tell if they had ‘fun’ or not. I hope Madonna has had fun and her severe looks are only photographically enhanced.

It’s never really been about ‘what the world thinks of Madonna’ as much as it has been ‘what Madonna thinks of the world’.

As a boy, I remember it was always a toss up between “Batman” (with Adam West) and “Lost in Space”. This was a tuff situation for a seven year old boy.

We are living in an age when these gender bending relationships are much more acceptable. Where but Hollywood would all of this originate from? No one thinks it is a big deal, anymore….especially the younger generation. I personally think that freedom to explore ones sexuality prevents several trips to the psychoanalyst years down the line. Live and let live.

Currently, Frannie, they are studying one part of the cell that seems consistent in HIV replication and this spot in being considered the target area for a vaccination. It is promising, and only time will tell.

The pandemic of AIDS may seem invisible as so many medications are extending the lives of thousands of people. Yes, new infections occur as the public is lulled into the false sense of security that the disease is now manageable. Trust me, there is nothing manageable about it. Truth be told, it is the medications themselves that the body eventually rejects. These strong medications are not meant to be taken into the body for dozens of years and the after-effect is multi-organ failure. Without these medications, opportunistic infections are still the culprit. On the medications, they eventually destroy the body. It is a lose lose situation.
